Lohas Residences Sukhumvit 2

Located at the end of Soi 2, it was generally very quiet and peaceful. Pool and gym is found on the top floor which is kept clean. Property provides a free shuttle (tuk-tuk/buggy) service to Ploenchit Tower which is located at the main road. Ploenchit Tower has a McDonalds, a Starbucks and a supermarket downstairs. There are also some cafes and restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a 7-Eleven, you can walk out the back of Lohas to Soi 4, and two 7-Elevens are within a 5 minute walk. Soi 2 is also generally close to CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, Terminal 21 etc. Once you take the free shuttle as mentioned above, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. If going by a taxi to the above malls, they will usually ask for 70-100 baht if it’s low traffic or 150-200 baht during high traffic. Tuk-tuk drivers will demand more! The staff including housekeeping are also friendly and helpful.

The only issue I had is that this is a very old property, with old furniture and the pictures displayed here isn’t what you will get.

It was a nice enough room for the price, the staff are very professional and it is clean, but needs some renovations. The pool is excellent, as is the gym. Some rooms have a washing machine/ dryer- very useful and it is well maintained

The hotel needs some money spending on it. It is a shame the restaurant is closed, it used to be excellent.

The room is large, the staff is friendly, and there is a tuk tuk shuttle to and from the main street.

The hotel didn't accept credit cards for breakfast, so I had to walk outside to find an exchange office to change cash after breakfast! The hotel should be able to tell guests that if they walk on their own, they can save half the time by taking the alley at the back of the hotel to the BTS Nana station. I discovered this on my own because I needed to change Thai baht urgently!

Great room, great bed, great facilities. Friendly staff and nice little gift basket when you first get in. Very clean and very well presented. Rooftop pool and relaxing rooftop garden and gym. Nice view of the city.

Not much to complain about. I suppose it's a little deep in the street I guess if you're walking back and forth from it to the main Sukhumvit/Nana street. The keycard system can be a bit tiring, but that's a very minor complaint.

I have stayed at at lohas a few times each time the staff are fantastic the front desk team are really on there game, helpful and friendly, i like the room set up ,washer is a plus for me as i travel a lot , constant washing of clothes, not rely had any noice issues here, like other places, the taxi desk in the lobby i have used many times there service is good, the tuc tuc from front door to plochit shopping center is great, especially in rain season. the main entry is on soi 2, however there is a back way out on to soi 4 direct to entertainment areas, if this is your thing. the gym is ok, getting little tired now, but post covid, im sure it will be revamped soon, pool is nice not to big. all in all very good value for what you get,

Room was large, clean and with great views on the higher floors. Showers were lovely and in terms of value for money, you cant go wrong with this hotel. It is in a great location, a walk to all the nighlife, markets etc, but far enough away to not hear anything at all. The pool is awesome and the staff were fantastic and always really helpful. Definately recommend.

Nothing to not like about this place. Great location, great facilities, lovely staff and super clean. I would definately stay again, having stayed twice already. This place is a little gem and highly recommended.

I managed to get an upgrade to room with the balcony, this is always a bonus, i have stayed a few times with the hotel, and the staff are always happy to help, washing machine is a great added bonus.

The gym, treadmills, are in need of a good service, as the belt is slipping and catching on the deck running board. not a big thing but if you like to keep fit and the weather is HOT then having good gym kit is very helpfull.

I already upgraded my room to a Terrence room and when they showed me it had no Terrence so I had to pay even more money to upgrade to a balcony

The staff are first class, helpful and always will to go that bit further, reception are fantastic, the Tuc Tuc up the road was a very good service, no matter if he had been up there a 100 times already very friendly. the room i was upgraded to a suite, was lovely. i have stayed many times before and will be back in a month

Like most hotels at the moment every one is catching up with post covid staffing and maintenance, so a few very small issues, but the staff sorted this out very quickly.

Lohas Residence is located steps away from all the action on Soi 4, yet it is a very quiet hotel. Our apartment was very big with very comfy beds, a nice balcony, a washer/dryer and a kitchen with cooker and fridge/freezer. Breakfast was very good with an egg station.

Nothing.
