Good Location. Helpful and nice staff. Room was top with Kitchen and Laundry machine. Nice Pool. Rich breakfast. We come again.

WiFi is weak and slow at the moment. Less routers in the Hotel.

I stayed in studio suite at 14th floor. Upon arrival I observed the plates and tea cups kept in kitchenette were used and dirty.Laundry Detergent for washing machine was absent. Moreover Detergent was not of good company. The area of living room was a bit crowded. There was no comb and hair conditioner in toiletries. No pen was there at writing desk. No weighing scale to measure the weight of luggage. Breakfast was ok. Upon arrival they demanded 1000baht per day refundable security money which was not written anywhere when doing booking.

What a super hotel. I hadn't stayed here since it was the old Phaccara Suites, and Park Royal is pretty much brand new. The staff are wonderful - I was upgraded on arrival, without asking - my room (1508) was excellent in every aspect; I only tried the food once but it was good. Gym is compact but a decent range of equipment and the pool area very pleasant. Location excellent too: close to Soi 4 but away from its noise. Lifts fast. Staff excellent in every area.

The big let-down is the wifi, it is pretty awful and keeps dropping out. The management need to invest in resolving this if the hotel is to be a serious contender for capturing the business traveller. A tip: when you log on, enter your room number even in the box which asks for your name (so in effect you enter your room number in both boxes), this will save you going back to reception and asking what's wrong.

we stayed from 23-27 and extended another night to 28th. What we like: spacious rooms (living room with sofa, kitchen, bathtub and shower, balcony) the location 7/11 nearby atm outside of the hotel 200 m to BTS Nana hotel offered free shuttle Tuktuk ride to BTS as well the appliances & amenities (ironing set, Washing machine, drying rack etc came really handy) the staff was super extra, I asked for a written card with Happy Birthday in it to surprise my husband, but they came and sent us a cake and sang for him. Thank you.

nothing we didn’t like. although it was located near to BTS Nana, a well-known red district area, the room is quiet and sound-proof and no bars in front of the hotel. All the bars are on the right side of the hotel, but if you exit the hotel and turn left to walk to BTS Nana, the road is clean, safe and empty.

I stayed here on a couple of occasions (start and end of 3 week trip). Rooms are good size, very comfortable and have been refurbished. Location is close to all bars. Clean and housekeeping good.

When it was Phachara suites they used to offer a drink and towel knowing you had been travelling a long time. That used to be a nice touch. There were a couple of occasions where my requests had not been actioned. For instance when I had organised laundry (received back after 2 days) and a taxi to airport not ready. Generally a good hotel though.

I love the swimming pool in the shade. The hotel was very clean The porter Nong couldn’t do enough for me arranging taxi’s. He actually spoke to someone on the phone and arranged an appointment for me because I don’t speak Thai. Omg I loved the wake up drink they served with breakfast..please send me the recipe Breakfast was only ok.

Coffee was always cold but on the plus side staff heated it up for me Location is right around corner from Nana red light district

The staff were very helpful from getting our room ready upon early check in to assisting with our grab orders and answering all our queries. The 2-bedroom apartment was bigger than expected, making it a very comfortable stay for our 3 nights there. Location was close to Nana BTS, a short walk away but the hotel also had tuktuk service to the station every hour which was a big convenience. It was also close to small marts for our daily needs.

Had issues with draining the bathtub ourselves. Received help from housekeeping.

Last Weekend, my friends and I had the opportunity to spend a long weekend at the PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok . The hotel is right at the Nana Plaza area. The hotel was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable double beds and linens. The room was overlooking the city. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day. The facilities of hotel In addition to the comfortable accommodations, the hotel also offered a wide range of activities and facilities for guests to enjoy. We were delighted by the roof top pool facing the city. We could just walk right to the Nana Plaza after taking a dip in the pool. The hotel restaurant has a stunning interior as well. We were able to have a relaxing breakfast every day that we were there. The variety was limited, but the food was delicious and top-notch. The staff The staff of PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. In conclusion On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality at PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. Location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
