Location, breakfast, big room, free transportation from hotel to main road near Nana train station.

Internet was weak in my first room. I wanted to change my room. Staff at reception changed my room. I had better internet connection in my new room.

Tuk tuk service, friendly stuff

Facilities required renovation, bad soundproofing

We where upgraded to from superior to suite deluxe on check in. We had som problems with the ac not cooling the room and sound not working on the tv, tv and ac was promptly fixed and the tv was replaced. Breakfast was really good with egg chef that made your eggs as requested and coffeemaker that served espresso. Complimentary transport to and from the main road by hotels own tuktuk. Did not try the swimming pool witch was on the small side. Nice sun terrace on 7th floor of the main building.

They had eco friendly save the earth offer if you don't change your sheets they will offer you free drink voucher, i had that offer but they ran out of drinks, then in lobby they had fridge with soft drink i said is that OK if I grab a can and receptionist said you have to pay for it. It was very embarrassing for me because there was other people in lobby watching listening and it made me look like a cheap Charlie. My advice is get your sheets changed every day.otherwise great stay

Size of the room was very good. The tuk tuk to and from the main street was so good as it was a bit of a walk. 7 /11 near by. Was a little hard for taxis to find. There was a couple of shops and a laundromat close. The hotel had 2 building one with the pool other with the breakfast area. The pool was in a quiet area and was in a fair bit of shade, great for a dip, in the morning or afternoons. A gym next to the pool if you like to exercise. It was a good walk to the sky railway station to many markets. The massage on site was great as you didn't have far to walk after a massage. Nice after a day out. Fresh bottled water daily. Staff were so lovely and polite helpful.

The shower took a bit of getting used to, but once I figured it out it was good. Breakfast was ok, with little selections. If you like milk in your tea/coffee get some before you get there. No fresh milk just powdered.

Loved my stay, the room was spacious, free cancellation, friendly staff but left alone which was perfect. Free tuk-tuk to Nana Plaza, they arranged a taxi from hotel to airport for 500 baht. Enjoyed the pool the style of the rooms, the soap, optional cleaning service, it was a lovely chilled out hotel.

No instructions for air conditioner which dripped on the balcony and was very loud and no instructions for the TV but I was glad as didn't want to watch it. We didn't say about these, I'm sure they would have done something if we had said.

Great size room, got a good discount through booking.com too which helped. Top location, they have an electric tuktuk to take you to nana plaza, very handy. Stayed on the top floor, excellent views of the city and park (was on the park side of building so make sure you ask I guess). The location is fantastic. Sukhumvit soi 4 is a busy little strip, close to everything, BTS to silom only 40B! Siam even less. Some of the staff have great English skills, communication was never a problem, reasonable laundry rates, and they did let me have a late check out and luggage storage for free which was very generous. Great little massage parlour in the hotel, I had the foot massage and full body Thai massage, both exceptional. They put on a good breakfast - don't miss it, they have a great variety of yummy food! The pool area is nice - a little noisy from the road but there's a nice screen of hedges and a wall. I didn't swim, but it was a nice spot to have a takeout dinner I bought. There is a shower and toilet at the pool too. They have a lot of amenity at the hotel, I only stayed 3 days, but I would stay longer, comfortable and quiet. There is also a pretty decent size gym (maybe air-conditioned, I didn't check).

There was a long time for the hot water to heat up in the shower, minor annoyance. If you stay on the top floor, it's loud when it rains so if that would bother you, stay 7 or below. It didn't bother me, I can sleep through a freight train.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but convenient hotel. Very satisfied with our stay.

The location, but the hotel provides a tuktuk- so we could ride closer to BTS. Cleaning was done everyday, it was very well done. Except the bed sheets was always somehow dirty. Black marks on the sheets and a hole on the pillow case. We got the bed sheets changed 3 times during our stay ( we stayed 5 days). The hotel are in need of new bed sheets or improvement of laundry.

The staff was absolutely amazing and assisted us with all our needs, from booking taxis, giving general advice and even with our extra requests. They allowed us to use the pool till much later than closing time and I could not be happier with the quality of service given by everyone from concierge to housekeeping.

The location is not the greatest to find, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to make up for that. It's a nice hotel with very decent rooms, but the fixtures of the hotel are a bit dated, but this is something anyone can live with especially because of the fantastic service by the staff.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and had some variation each day. I chose this place because of it's proximity to parklands but also close to Soi 4. It turned out to be quite a walk to the action but the free Tuk Tuk solved that problem. Large room.

If you have a room with a bath be prepared for a wet floor. When you have a shower, the water runs around the top of the bath and on to the floor. The swimming pool was in a different building to our room but not a large inconvenience.
