The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence Sathorn Bangkok

Kudos to the hardworking staff that keeps this venue clean and well maintained! This excellently located suite was as large as a regular apartment (I would be content to live there!) with a fully furnished spacious living room, two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. It was clean, modern and well equipped. The sparkling clean, beautiful, HUGE pool with spraying dolphins and fish was wonderful! Rare to find such a large pool to accommodate numerous guests swimming laps and playing. My three year old grandson had a great time playing in the shallow kiddie pool with other children as they ran in and out of the spraying water from the fish statues. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a traveling family or group. Excellent place to stay if moving to Bangkok while looking for a permanent residence.

Very good value. Big rooms with two TVs, good bed, WiFi, etc. Lots of facilities.

It is a bit old and could do with more investment but everything was working, particularly in the room. Great value for all the facilities. No BTS but not a bad location.

This is a hidden gem of a stay in this big city. It is a little tricky to find, but the suite was HUGE, luxury in comparison to all other stays we have had in the Bangkok area. The staff stocked our kitchen with cooking utensils and tended promptly to every request. We highly recommend this stay. We are at 23 countries and counting, traveling with a family of 7. This rating is high praise indeed with much experience behind it.

The carpet needs a good steam cleaning. And, it would have been nice if the staff had stocked the kitchen and checked that hot water jesters and appliances were working properly before we arrived.

Room was fine, while I was upgraded! TV in living and bedroom, I was able to watch/listen to soothing classical music. I did/could not use the pool (use a wheelchair) and did not need breakfast. Convenient : the 711 store on the premises.

For me, personally, a bit too far from the area where I once lived (Sathon Soi 7). where everything was within walking distance. However, the hotel shuttle bus is available when going to Sathon and Silom Rds.

Hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Amenities are in good condition and staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. All in all, this is a nice place to stay with a single disadvantage, that it is quite far from majority of the main sights.

Far away from the main sites. Takes a while to get to most of them, especially during rush hour. Taxis sometimes have to take toll road if they choose the shortest route.

The leisure facilities are amazing - 1 huge outdoor pool and another beautiful slightly covered infinity pool. Nice and tranquil. The rooms were also huge like an apartment. Good location near shops and restaurants. The kitchen was an added bonus.

The food selection for vegetarians was quite limited. The rooms could do with a bit of a deep clean - all the cupboards, surfaces etc.

Everything might be a bit outdated, but service is top-notch. When you arrive with taxi, they always double check for customers if they forgot something. Guards open te door when you go in or out. Pool is great as well as the 1 new sauna they have.

Rooms were a bit outdated and wallpaper might be peeling off a bit. But all in all perfect location for a good price.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent.

There should be options for people with special dietary requirements. Soy milk would have been fantastic. Also, if there is a kitchen in the room there should be at least a cloth to wipe down the table.

Very nice large room. The area was really nice. Both swimming pools excelent. Hotel close to a big shopping mal and also a large supermarket (Lotus) on the other side of the road

As said, quite and nice location / neighborhood. However as there is no BTR close and you have to take taxi, the transit is caotic.

The staff are very accommodating and reliable esoecially K Fai from front office and K Kai from the F&B. Our room is huge and clean with great in-room amenities. While quite oudated, the hotel is nice and well maintained with a 7-11 store right down at the property.

The pool is beautiful iand massive but may need slight refurbishment to make tiles smoother.
