Three Sukhumvit Hotel (SHA Extra Plus)

We liked the location with Bumrungrad International Hospital. Also, we loved the attitude of the Staff of the hotel. And the environment is peaceful.

The cleaners have not cleaned the rooms properly. The Laundry Charge is too high. The Breakfast items are not good enough.

The hotel toilet was so clean !! The staffs were co operative. The location was perfect for us as we see doctor in Bumrungrad Hospital. The breakfast was very good. They have halal chicken sausage which my son liked very much. Their omelet was so tasty and delicious.

The key started stop working as soon as the one night payment finished.

First of all, the staff were very good, very friendly and gentle. Breakfast was good. The service at the restaurant was great. Cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. It was way more clean than many European or US high starred hotels I have ever stayed.

There is nothing strong that I did not like. However, in general may be they could put some clock hanger in the bathroom where you can hang cloths while taking shower. The entrance looks good. However they might consider repositioning the reception desk, currently it is a bit narrow for the staff.

Cleaning, Wifi, Staffs performance and service is good. easy to access to hospital.

When I booked through Booking.com. it is included breakfast. but when we check in hotel mentioned that breakfast is not included in the prices that we booked. they said that if there will be additional charges if we want breakfast arrangement. there are a little far from night market and food court and restruant near that hotel are Ethiopian , Bangladesh and India. in each room, Hotel put notice letter that 15% discount for COVID test. but we paid full amount the same as others.

Very close 50 meters from Bumrungrund hospital. Staff is friendly. I had a quiet room. Number 513. Breakfast is good.

Check in time is 15.00. My room was ready so I wanted to check in and leave my bag at 12.00. That seems to be a problem as directed by the owner which is ridiculous. After some discussion I could leave my bag in the room and fresh up a bit. That is a weird policy and need to change.

My friend had stayed in the room due to post-surgery convalescing at Bumrungrad Hospital next door. She didn't need her last days and they were kind enough to let me take over her pre-paid days. The staff was kind and helpful so I extended my stay for another night on my own. The rooms are very large and very comfortable. They provide their own yoga mats!

I would not normally choose that location due to the busy location but it is definitely a must if you're going to be needing Bumrungrad for multiple days and are not easily mobile.

all staff did the excellent guest service job, FO team are well assisted with all help I need, and also would like to shout out to F&B for excellent breakfast, and I would like to give extra compliment to Ms.Yoke, she put a service job beyond expectations. Couldn’t wait for my next stay with Three Sukhumvit Hotel Vilavouth Itthi

Lighting on hallway’s floor was a bit too dark

Best place to stay with family's and specially medical treatment to bumrungrad hospital. All staff are very helpful and break fast also very good. Specially Mr.Harry was awesome and always helpful and all Reception staff are nice, smiles always. See you next time for doctors appointment. Thanks to all.

The biggest advantage for us was the proximity to Bumrungrad and also very friendly and helpful staff.

Some rooms are not accessible with elevator (have to walk some additional steps). With a baby stroller it can be challenging

It was my 2nd time stay here. Very convenient to access next to Bumrungrad Hospital by walking short distance.

Try to have noodle soup or porridge for breakfast. The rest are perfectly fine. All staff in this hotel can speak well English and they are friendly.
