Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

1. Excellent location 2. Very good for families 3. The Hotel, rooms & bed very clean. 4. Very friendly staff. 5. Arabic staff also available (guard). he was very helpful & friendly. 6. Close to Hospital, only 5 minutes walking. 7. Closed the Arabic restaurants & Markets. 8. A Very good swimming pool. 9. The restaurant is very quiet and clean.

1. Breakfast not that good, No other nationalities/cultures food. such as Arabic or Indian foods, & same every day. also the breakfast time end at 10 AM (11 AM will be more better) 2. No earlier Check in, in case you arrived early morning. 3. Some items not provided in the toilet such as a toothbrush etc. 4. Price need to be reviewed/reduced, the current price is a little bit high.

We were looking for inter connecting family rooms & they have that. very close to Bumrungrad hospital since we went mainly for medical issues. very nice & friendly staff. value for money. Location is on the main road but still quite place. pretty clean.

I do believe they have opened after long time of COVID so still they need to improve on the cleanliness & need to lots of work on the water faucet & bathtub water drain which are a bit poor. Also need to change the chef cause lots of nice menu in the breakfast but quality of cooking is horrible.

Staffs are very good and very cooprative I travel with my kids and all help me very good House keeping staffs restourant staffs are very nice and very help full Specillay front desk staffs help me a lot. I remember one girl i could call her from my country and request for several thing she did very well Her name is Gena ( receptionist) Thanks all

Clean, location close to muslim cummunity and breakfast contains Halal food as they said. Good staff.

No sound proof between rooms, we can hear people talking in other rooms and passage way. So it depends to your neighbors behavior. Old beds and covers, so it needs to be changed. Water drain in bathroom was not working properly. Iron was not availlable inside the room and laundry is so much expensive.

Perfect location if receiving treatment at the Bumrungrad next door. Convenient location and the staff were very helpful.

The property is a little tired and needs renovating. Nonetheless though, it is very clean.

The location, very friendly staff, Rooms are very clean and huge., Parking available.. swimming pool wonderful.. I will return in future..

Bathrooms could use renovations. Found corners and under bed to be dusty - cleaning should be more thorough.

housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful as well the Spa everyone was very kind and professional.

It's very sad that the spa has very limited staff and treatment rooms.

I think they upgraded my room with microwave. It is very handy indeed. They also provide me with airport shuttle with additional fees so I dont have to bother with booking other transportation.The breakfast is good.
