Not friendly staff

Booking just the day before out of a limited number of options and aware of some quite negative comments of prior guests I expected not much, but it turned out to be otherwise: a pretty nicely renovated room. The hotel has a helpfull staff, heloed us with irdering an i expensive meter cab as we had to get to a small local train station to catch a train to the Cambodian boarder at 6 a. m. Regarding the friendly staff one exception see the : ( comment). Very good breakfest with lots of warm food (a bit of Thai, a bit of Arabian, a bit of Indian), toast, jams, fruit, coffee of all sort, even the so highly by Germans valued Nutella. 5 min walk to the sky train. With the location in one of the districts of Bangkok, where the lights after 8 p. m. tend to be bit more red I expected that loud music and traffic at night could be a problem, but the hotel is far enough down the side street and was quit. By the way prior comments: I believe some folks still compare what they got for 50 € a night 5 years ago, but time goes by and inflation is not sleeping

The pool area has not been part of the renovation yet. One staff member told us to charge 100 baht for a juice glass that our 2 year old broke, we left that uncommentet. Checking out we received the 1000 baht deposit without anybody bringing the broken glass up again.

Very comfortable bed and sheets, good blackout curtain and airconditioning. Quiet environment in room and hotel. Clean room. There is a safety box, hairdryer, small fridge, bedroom slippers, complimentary water in the room. Different lighting options, most are warm tones, sets a relaxed setting. Close to train station, but there is a moderate distance to walk ( flat ground) before getting there from hotel

Was on the seventh floor, bathroom shower head pressure not strong, although there was abundant warm water If you use train to get back to hotel, street leading up to hotel can be very bustling at night, lots of people. Outside hotel is reasonable, quiet and not as many people Staff did their job of checking in and out but lacked that extra warm hospitality

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were big enough with enough room for your luggage. The wifi is working fine and the curtains make the room really dark, so you won’t wake up because of the sunlight. The staff was kind and service minded. We had breakfast included and this was good for Asian standards. Continental breakfast with a choice of fresh food, juices and some hot dishes like: pancakes, french toast, beans, vegetables. A coffee machine (with beans) is available and you’re able to order some eggs at your choice. The pool is located on the 8th floor with a nice view at some high buildings and is good enough for a couple of days between sight seeing.

The rain shower wasn’t working that good, but it wasn’t a big deal. It was our first time in Bangkok, so we didn’t know exactly where to stay best. The hotel is located in a part of the city with a lot of Arabic restaurants, food and shops (which are good). It will take you about 15-25minutes by TukTuk to get at some highlights like King’s palace or e.g. bar streets. For a first time I would recommend another area.

The location was good because it was near where my son and teammates were staying. There was a 711 and supermarket in our street. The bed was very comfortable! The room was just the right size, value wise, it was okay!

I had to move the bed to the corner because of my kids but found that the floor (where the bed is originally placed) was very very dirty / dusty and there was a slipper left from the previous one who stayed. Clean everywhere (except under the bed!!) The aircon broke on our last day but was resolved in less than an hour. I'm sure hotel is clean, just have to remind staff to thoroughly clean most especially if new guests are staying in the room.

I like that the bed is very good quality. The entire family had a very good night sleep. Also it is very rare to have a family room with a bunk bed in the area.

The Pool is awful, some tiles are very sharp so be careful. When we entered our room the bathroom floor was dirty and full of hair and fluff, also the back of the fridge is covered in a thick layer of dust. We have informed them and they have sent a housekeeper up to sort it out almost straight away. The breakfast is not a wide variety but they must have a very talented chef because all the fried stuffs like rice or noodles taste exceptional. The hotel is slightly tired but the staffs are very nice.

The room was standard but we got it for a good price. It was very convenient to the Sukhumvit malls, restaurants, bars and skytrain. And it had some common area on the roof along with a small pool

A hotel that requires a significant enough cash deposit that's given back at check out. The problem is that if its your last night in town, you end up stuck with bahts you don't use or are expensive to exchange. I don't agree at all with this practice when credit cards are excepted for the booking. It had a roof top pool but it was tiny so much so that having more than a couple of people in it didn't give you much "me" space (as we saw when it was being used one night).

We had two adjoining rooms which meant plenty of space. Breakfast was lovely- eggs made to order and a good selection. Location was close to metro, cafes nearby were a lot of bars.

Had to switch rooms since the electricity in one would not stay on. Hallways were a bit dark; Wifi is a user/password system that wouldn't stay connected- had to sign in over and over, not always available.

The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Easy and fast check in & check out. Staff super helpful, we even ask their help to book us taxi to premium outlets. The taxi came in early than the timing. Location was great, easy access to supermarket, bts and restaurant.

The shower pressure is slow for cold water.

Love the excellent customer service and the comfortable rooms.

I loved this hotel and would come again, did not like that the room that I booked wasn't available and had to pay almost 4times as much for a family suite because that was only available and it was 3am after flight was delayed.
