Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11

The rooms were spacious, staff were really helpful, especially the concierge staff and the pool area and views were stunning. Breakfast buffet was good too but a little pricey.

We had asked for rooms together but had booked at short notice so we were on a different floor from each other. Each room keycard only allowed us to go to our own floor in the lift which made reaching each others’ rooms as a family was impossible. There was also a strange musty smell in the corridors but the rooms were very clean.

Really friendly and helpful staff! The location is quite good and you can easily go to Jodd Fairs night market at the evening. The room was quite spacious as advertised. Airconditioning is a bit on the loud side but bearable. Especially in the rain season in August you need any aircon you can get XD

Some small faults with the lighting and a bit dusty. When booked only shortly in advance it’s a bit pricey

location is perfect near Nana BTS. facilities are excellent and the staff treat you like family. rooms beautifully decorated and all amenities are first class. breakfast is exceptional. staff from arrival at concierge, reception, housekeeping, dining, guest services always treat you with respect, professionalism yet warm and almost like family. the Covid protocols are excellent and even at breakfast you are supplied with a mask and gloves to serve from the buffet, which eliminates any contact directly with the food. would recommend for families, business or groups

stay was too short

Aloft on Sukhmvit 11 is fantastically location. Step out of the hotel and there are 100s of restaurants, pubs etc...and we could have every meal at a different restaurant, right outside the hotel, all walkable. The view from the room was fantastic, all skyscapers. The breakfast spread is good too. The concierge desk was helpful. They organized my taxi and the day trips to local tourist attractions...and they gave sound advice.

Liked everything. I also got an extension or late check in for a reasonable price.

The hotel is located centrally in the tourist areas. It is a newly built building, very clean. staffs are extremely well trained, it is expected since they are a part of GW Marriot Group. Nevertheless, the efforts of the staffs are well appreciated. i stayed in the Chik King (Smoking room) on the 17th floor (Room no : 1713 / 1715 can’t quite remember), which had an awesome city view. Neighbouring rooms weren’t noisy, the corridors clean, however not so well light! I paid 4900 Baht for two nights (without breakfast), which I would say is a decent price for the stay I have experienced. Will look forward to going back there again definitely!

There was nothing not to like about this hotel.

I liked the upbeat colors and energy of the place. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I appreciated that they were providing ideas of things to do and places to see.

I wish the bar hours at the pool went beyond 7. for being such a lively city I was surprised at how early things shut down at the hotel.

The only thing I am not happy with the quality of the breakfast. I guess the jams are made in house but the quality is not up to the standard. Also quality of croissant is not good and over roll the bread is average. The Indian menu most of the days are tasteless.

everything. bright, modern, fully equipped,quality hotel. Breakfast buffet spot on, beds and pillows perfect. Just got it all right. couple of minutes walk to BTS, plenty of other transport options, restaurants, good street food, bars close by. You wont be disappointed here.

Our stay was really comfortable. The pool is quite cool and the beds are really good. Thanks especially to Indy and John at the reception. You helped a lot. Because our flight was in the late afternoon, it was possible to do a late checkout. 😊
