The Key Premier Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok

The room size I booked was very big and comfortable, everything was perfect the AC, Wi-Fi and the bathroom was very big and clean, I also liked that smoking is not allowed in the hotel. the hotel is in very good location its nearby from restaurant, BTS, and shopping malls and you will easily find taxis and toktoks :)

although I loved this hotel very much just the last day, I had a negative opinion which I wanted to share. my flight was late evening and I supposed to check out @12:00 as usual so one day prior I asked the lady at the reception about the late check out rate just till 3:00 pm she told me its 1000 Bhat without showing me the price list. when the shift changes, I found a man in the reception, so I went to ask him he was so sweet and honest he showed me the price list and told me its 200 Bhat per hour. My advice is please before you confirm anything check the price list or double check with another staff don't pay your money immediately. the hotel is very good but sometimes certain staff ruin it.

Stayed here with my mother in November 2019. This stay in 2022 was once again nothing short of pure excellence - amazing hotel! Superb staff, facilities and brilliant value for money as well as being so close to the main area, but still situated on a quiet side street.

I think seeing the hotel was brand new in 2019 which I was privileged to experience back then, during Covid, the hotel I assume remained closed. So my point here is I feel while my room for example was perfect and almost immaculate, after returning I did notice the surfaces of some furniture in need of a better clean such as removal of drinking glass stains etc. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel is extremely clean, but I think it requires one good final post-Covid clean.

Staff was charming, caring and always ready to help me. Great sens of hospitality. Room very convenient and clean. Bed confortable. Location is quiet and close to hot girls. 555

Despite the hotel being located down a rather seedy road, we actually really enjoyed our stay! The room is incredible comfortable, and the bed is very spacious and soft. We were scared that we won’t be getting any sleep because it’s down a road full of pubs and bars, but it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating. We would defiantly come back.

The one downside was the bath towels smelling a little damp, but didn’t really bother us that much.

- Breakfast was delicious and high quality ingredients - The corner room was spacious and comfortable - Cleaning was done really professionally and hotel offered free water everyday - Location was pretty close to bts and 10 minutes walking subway - Around were possible a lot of rooftops to hangout (10-15 minutes walking) - Very caring staff Note: Before going there, i read some comments that a lot of people were disturbed from the nightlife/adult life around. i would say it was definitely ok, and nothing disturbing. not a big deal.

Language understanding and speaking: poor English Only 2 woman from desk employees understood English, although to print a boarding card.. that was not direct clear to follow up. But we solved it together at the desk. Other employees almost not able to understanding in english, only Thai.

the facilities are new and clean moreover the bed is very cozy which is it is the key for vacation stay , i stayed in the last one month and this was my third times here which is still love it. good location for food and night life by walkable distance , Sukumvit soi ;4, 11 or 21 . convenient for transportation such as sky train , subway or tuktuk price is reasonable, however if you want a good price please booking in advance

if traveling by car sometime was a bit difficult to find parking lot if that day was too crowded , need to reserve in advance if you checked in late

Breakfast was good for me though spouse said selection limited but to me for the price paid it was sufficient. The highlight was the temperature of the room and was nice cold and cosy. Staff were warm and helpful and the bed was very Comfortable and we slept well. Location wise was fantastic and a short 5 mins walk to Nana BTS station which helped to move around the city and not stuck in the jams

Hotel was so clean and comfortable! Arrived at 10am straight from airport and a long flight from UK. Was so hot and tired, staff immediately allowed us to check in. Staff was beyond polite and friendly, just wonderful. Door man was very sweet and kind. Room good size, bathroom bigger than my entire flat! :) Rooftop pool was amazing, great to have the bar up there as well. Great location, BTS station Nana at the end of the road. Can't fault the place.
