nothing some reception staff very old in age form many years working there in reception and there mentality not good in the way for dealing with Customers, the young staff much better dealing with Customer

I didnt like the way the staff at the chekin reception dealt with me. She was not at all hospitable.. I had to wait for checkin for more than one hour. I asked the manager (female one, cannot recall her name) at the reception was very rude. I asked her a querry about my check out date change request.. her answer was very poor. "If you want you stay if not you go some other place". Though she was not helpful, I checked in because I was very tired. The room was very clean & spacious. Housekeeper was very attentive & very hospitable.

the staff from reception are so bad. they do not give service properly. very rude. with a rocky face. and the location is bad as it has many prostitutes even in the hotel. i love the room but i wouldn’t stay for another time here cos of the environment

You should know you travelling to Noisy Bangkok! Grace Hotel is a historical Hotel I have been staying since my childhood and now my child stayed with me. Its a perfect family hotel, the same combo of Asian tourists (Mostly Gulf, Pakistan, India). Right in the heart of Bangkok's heart beating district of Sukhumvit Road. With so much of eating options around. I cant suggest a better 'Value-for money' place than this in BKK.

I am not sure if there's a swimming pool or no, but should be there.

This place is both terrible and so beautiful. It is falling to pieces, yet the room was very nice, the Muslim community which are the main customers are so very, very sweet, The Arab disco is a hoot. The coffee is delicious the lifts and corridors are a disaster, the staff are in a muddle, but the nicest people you would ever meet. The whole place oozes charm. Bucket loads of charm.

They do need to think about their corridors, but I guess they are getting there slowly.

Great location though there was construction work going on the lobby there was absolutely no nuisance as the staff were very kind and the grand lobby on the other side was very clean , rooms are spacious and the reception staff were very courteous , great location with lots of restaurants located around the property , it’s the best location to get around and the newly refurbished rooms are too good

All staff are nice , very kind, approchable. They do room make up daily , my bed is so comfortable , toilet is clean.

I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool, and in the morning I'm excited went there and makes me disappointed because the water in swimming pool is dirty looks stagnant water, soo I didn't swim. 😥

Nice hotel all food and resturent was just 1 min walk even Halal food you . near by nana plaza . and taxi and bolt taxi is available all the time good . reception was not that much good . not sitting place all full all the time .

No restaurant menu , I could not find one in the room but I did not ask for one

The Arab night club was noisy. If your room is in the first or second floor the music will bother your stay.
