Location is perfect and very close to the beach , also shops and restaurants and everywhere new the hotel , also there is a bus station IN front of the hotel , the manager of the hotel sent to me a thanks Card with my name and with some fruits , also the contacted me directly to get a feedback about my experience by Ms. Gulnara which means they really care about their costumers , it was very good experience and best location for relaxation and to avoid crowd , the breakfast was more than perfect and there was a huge variation of food with sea view from the 7th floor.

- A/c should be colder - You have to bring or buy a head cover to be able to swim on the pool - jacuzzi was under maintenance

The hotel is very impressive and receptionists , all staff are very respectable and with decent morals and were given an excellent room overlooking the city directly. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who is a clean and wonderful hotel and has excellent breakfast and respectable staff I would like to especially mention with thanks Miss Nazli, Mr. Burak, and Supervisor Julnar for their wonderful manners, their very upscale behavior and their cooperation to achieve all requests.

They checked your bags each time you entered in order to try preventing you from bringing any minor snack or drink you bought outside which was kinda silly and is not really normal in accomodations of this level . Especially when all inner premises that serve snacks or drinks close fairly soon.. This didnt happen to me even at strict youth dormitories... Frank to say, they allowed me to "sneak in" some nuts and chocolate bar at the end but I felt a bit inappropriate like a guilty school boy;) The breakfast looked quite copious at first glance but way behind an offer at other similar places elswhere at second look and taste... However. for local cousine "variety" standards it turned to be higher than mediocre after all so my objections are negligible:)

Room was spacious and with a proper bathroom. We were at floor 6, and apart from some occasional noise coming from the street, we thoroughly enjoyed silence and peace, and the occasional birds passing on our balcony. Helpful staff speaking all a decent level of English. Happy.

One item was really terrible: the matress. Bed was gigantic, but the matress was among the poorest quality we had in our countless journeys in Turkey. Came with a non-removable super-fluffy overlay that destroyed our backs in 2 days (and we had 6 booked) Then, it's important to know that breakfast offers a lot of variety, but more or less all within the Turkish breakfast standards: if you want something different, there's not much of an option. Also, terrible coffee.

Good breakfast/variety if included in rate. excellent location, very close to a nice beach promenade, good variety of restaurants nearby and grocery market a few blocks away. although you can't bring outside food. Room service OK. Can walk to a so so mall nearby and other shops once you get your bearings. Staff helpful when you approach them politely.

Breakfast sometimes crowded, but was high season, swimming pool could be warmer. located pretty far from Istanbul if your looking to see the famous sights, can be difficult with a the constant traffic.

The staff was welcoming and courteous. The breakfast was elegant and had many options to choose from. The gym had good machines for a good workout. There’s also a spa and swimming pool that we didn’t utilize. Our room had a great view of the sea. The hotel is near the beach and many restaurants to choose from. It’s about 42km drive to airport, 21km to Mall of Istanbul and 41km drive to Taksim Square. The hotel is a good place to stay if you want to avoid crowds.

The rooms are not soundproof-you can hear the neighbors snoring. The rooms need better ventilation- you can smell the cigarette smoke from other rooms. The cleaning of the room is not always consistent- sometimes they restock the complimentary tea/water and sometimes they don’t.

Location is quiet and near to sea. Staff are welcoming and positive. Requests are attended to quickly. Room location is as requested, on upper floor with balcony for sea view. Breakfast has wide varieties, and most of the food is fresh. Main lounge is large, comfortable, and quiet. Must mention names of two members of hotel staff, because their assistance and willingness to help guests is high: - Manager Guest Relations, Ms Gulnar. - Mr. Sahat at front desk (Reception).

TV screen is too small for size of room. TV channels are very restricted. Sound proofing in the rooms is not acceptable.

ESER is a charming hotel in the Büyükçekmece district. Amongst its many charms is the nostalgic music playing in the lobby and the friendly and welcoming management staff. It’s spacious rooms overlook the gorgeous Marmara sea. What’s not to like about this place? My family and I enjoyed it very much and will very likely return again. Special thanks to Maryam and Natalia who fulfilled all our requests.

We loved the hotel , the staff were so helpful and nice , when we arrived the room wasn’t cleaned perfectly so we told them and they immediately changed and upgraded our room to a VIP suite , it was so nice of them and after that they were always cleaning perfectly the rooms . The breakfast has a big variety and it was delicious . We truly recommend this hotel and will surely visit it again :)

No soundproofing between rooms , there was people in the next room that didn’t stop talking and shouting all night and in the morning their phone was ringing all the time for like half an hour

The breakfast was stunning (very various and tasty), the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to very good and comfortable sand beach. The neighborhood is safe. The restaurant in a hotel is also cozy and pleasant and the food is amazing. Cleaning is perfect! Rooms are big and comfortable and with many facilities. The fitness zone and SPA is impressing.

Not enough light in the room. Silicone around the bath could be cleaner.
