breakfast was very tasty , compared to price everything was perfect , the staff very very helpful , the room service daily and clean , hotel is cozy like a home

I loved everything about the property. Everyone I met in the hotel was very hospitable and friendly especially the hotel manager. I booked for 4 nights but ended up staying for another a couple of nights . Happy to extend my stay here. The room was very comfy and clean plus the WiFi was very powerful. It’s perfect for me as I can use my room for work with my laptop all day. he breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety, foods were tasty and a big applause to the cook. Plus always served healthy foods. I studied sport nutrition so i know what sort of foods that good for our health. The location was perfect close to every where but not too busy like Taksim area or istiklal street. I think this hotel is One of the cleanest hotel what I have ever stayed. I will defo come back When I am in istanbul.

Breakfast: I believe that by expanding the menu to include a broader range of cuisines or dishes, they could significantly enhance the breakfast experience for guests. Adding more local specialties, or even some healthier choices would be a great improvement. Cleanliness: I was pleased to find that the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. Location: The location of this hotel is nothing short of perfect. It's conveniently situated near major attractions, public transportation, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find it easy to explore the city from this central location. It made my stay all the more enjoyable, as I could easily access everything I wanted to see and do.

The Breakfast

Fantastic selection of groceries-pastries,fruits,vegetables,cheeses and other foods and juices in quantities greater than the number of guests.Large and beautiful rooms,equipped with good furniture,which is essentially a very comfortable bed.The bathroom is spacious and with new equipment bigger than I expected.The most important thing is the phenomenal staff and the fantastic level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel and especially in the rooms.Great value for money.I recommend it to everyone.

I have no objections.Maybe just that if they are able to improve the wifi especially on the terrace.The rooms have a good connection.

really clean room, paid for the budget room so didn’t have a view but you get what you pay for, if you want a budget stay you can’t expect a deluxe view etc- it was extremely cheap for the 10 days we stayed considering how nice the rooms actually were inside and how clean it was. the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, we asked for Turkish tea while we sat out at the front of the hotel and they didn’t charge us for it (plus it was really yummy). breakfast was alright too with cheeses, meats, breads, croissants etc. people have said in reviews about the location being on a hill, but I thought the location was great- not far at all to walk from Taksim square and plenty of great food places nearby. metro station to travel to the other areas of Istanbul was located in Taksim square so genuinely a great area- you can get an istanbul kart (istanbul card) which is very cheap and lets you use lots of methods of transport in Istanbul. it was very easy to get the hang of. Staff also speak good English and will help you with questions you may have about the area.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful when needed . The hôtel is close to taksim square , métro, bus stations , you can also easily find taxis if you wish to There is a convenience store that sells whatever you need and a laundry service too next to the hotel's entrance. The whole area is secure and walkable at all times. Breakfast was good and varied.

The hôtel is built in a steep slope which is normal considering the whole neibourhood was built in a mountainous area , it is still fairly accessible but still reconsider if you have a disabled friend or family member with you that uses a wheelchair .Otherwise go for it , it is good sport ! If you are a light sleeper , ask for a room that doesnt face the street for it stays busy with cars even at night.

The breakfast was delicious but the same every morning. Staff was very polite, but not of all speaks English very good. Location is ok but on the picture is not shown surrounding. It is about 7,8 min from Taksim square. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping doing a job great.

More entertainment is needed.

It is not the Ritz Carlton but the staff are really professional, helpful, smiley and they really make you feel home. The service was beyond my expectations. The value for money was good and I will come back. It is a little street but the parking is right next to the hotel which makes it easy to park, specially that in Taksim parking is not easy. The street noises which is everywhere in Taksim and almost every hotel even the 5 stars had the same issue. Taksim is a noisy city.
