After reading some of the comments recently about the place, my heart sank a bit...but the classic Internet of hyping everything up & reality being so much different. So I will go through everything individually, from my experience. The staff - seen comments of them being rude, alluding to cleaners stealing, not being able to talk English etc - I found them all to be very pleasant, helpful, respectful people who can talk English (whether one or two struggled with my accent but I've had that issue everywhere including the UK where I'm from, end of the day you're in Turkiye, it's not their natural language!). Dodgy area...it looks a bit sketchy, the pavement down to the hotel is beyond bad, however walk on the side of the road & cars understanding how bad it is, will not run you over, there were a couple of old women begging but nothing the hotel can do (but all of that is quite common in the City), they are clearly developing the area & things will get sorted...I had no real major issue with the room at all (there were a couple of things), but a comfy bed, good pressure in the shower, clean & plenty of shampoo, shower gel etc...it's all you need. Breakfast - fairly standard, but nothing bad really - fresh fruit & veg, breads, jams, cheeses, cooked meats, cereal just a normal continental breakfast, I love Turkish food so understandably I ate more often outside the hotel for Menemen etc. With so many different nationalities & religious beliefs visiting on my occasion, you have to appease everyone. Location is brilliant - bus stops either side of the road at the top of the bank going to literally all the corners of the City VERY regularly, Taksim Metro a casual 5-10 minute walk, the Havaist airport coach pick up & drop off is minutes away, Istiklal Street is a 5-10 minute walk, Supermarket at the top of the bank too.

The photographer did a good job making the room look bigger than it is ha, it's not the biggest - but considering we were barely in it, it was workable, but it is a little tight. Walls are thin, could hear people walking past...and erm, a couple certainly enjoying themselves if you catch my drift! *giggle*. Zero natural lighting, it's brilliant for sleep I will say, but it's a pain to get yourself up without an alarm or else you wouldn't know if it was 3am or 11am!, big window & then inches away from a wall! Also no Welcome pack, got the cover, but nothing inside, so a lot of guess work had to be made (but in reality it's a very minor thing, but it helps).

The hotel has a good location. Nice views is something you should not expect, but it is within walking distance to Taksim Square where you can go for shopping or take public transport to more sightseeing. The breakfast was good. Easy fast check in and check out. Staff was always very helpful, friendly and honest. I really liked how they went to my room to return me 5$ of extra money for the tour we had taken. There are good spa facilities and they are not crowded. You can almost always expect to have the whole pool or sauna to yourself. Good massages are available for a reasonable price. Room keeping service was daily, everything was clean, water was always restocked free of charge. Rooms also have very convenient "Do not disturb" buttons.

It is not really something very bad, but the shower gels and shampoo supplied in rooms could be of a bit better quality. I always rely on these as I never take mine when I travel. Just a suggestion for hotel owners to reconsider their suppliers.

Centrally located the room was very clean comfortable and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly helpful courteous. I had not booked breakfast and was offered complimentary breakfast for the duration of the stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold Turkish dishes and the one day I had breakfast appreciated the good quality.

The TV was not accessible without a special device which requires a cash deposit. Having said that being in Istanbul leaves with little time to watch TV so it was not an issue.

We had a great time at the hotel, we would love to come back anytime. The room was incredibly comfortable. The bed is soft and luxurious, the bath and jacuzzi very relaxing. We liked the terrace and the view of the city, and enjoy the flight of seagulls in the area. They serve a very delicious and varied breakfast. Everything was exceptionally tasty. The wellness department was also very good. If you come to Istanbul to see the city and relax, it is definitely recommended for you, because the airport transfer bus and the metro and the red tram start nearby, and the rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean.

We also used the Turkish bath service, which was pleasant but very short. approx. 10 minutes. So it wasn't worth it that much. However the wellness department is very good, the steam bath and sauna are also highly recommended. The hotel is located at the end of a rather steep street, you should be prepared with comfortable shoes!

We very much enjoyed our five night stay at the Endless Art Hotel, as staff were very welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping standards are commendable as our room was cleaned and maintained to an excellent standard every day also. The location, close to Taxim Square was ideal and this ensured easy access to the metro. We also spent time in the swimming pool, sauna and steam room in the fine spa area which helped revitalise us after days spent navigating the broader city. Clean, comfortable and friendly, I can highly recommend this hotel to anybody that may be seeking a break in Istanbul.

I recently stayed at the Endless Art Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Mainly Murrat the Receptionist was incredibly courteous, attentive, and efficient in handling my check-in and addressing any inquiries I had throughout my visit. Their warm demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including delicious dining options and spas. Overall, I highly recommend the Endless Art Hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel itself is found in a narrow road with lots of traffic however even our room was facing the road we didn’t have any noise , the hotel front desk reception are all very helpful and always ready to help , they go extra mile , as my door was not lock properly , they do their best to help and to manage situations , the breakfast was lovely , the room was clean everyday and look fresh.Everyone has a smile on their face , the location was fantastic just 10 minutes walk to Taksim square , I rate this hotel 10 over 10 for the best service they had provided us . Will definitely come back again , thanks again to everyone .

Everyone was good nothing to complain

Very hospitable and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with splendid variety of local cheeses and olives. Cozy suite. Stable and strong wi-fi. Great shower cabin and jakuzzi. No issues with bathing or showering. Comfortable location - 5 min to Taksim Square Metro station. Availability of enclosed swimming pool included in price. Definitely I recommend this hotel to anyone. We'll come back surely.

Jacuzzi buttons - one is out of order. Very scanty number of English-speaking TV channels (honestly couldn't find even one). Noisy street along - not for sensitive sleep (though it's city center).

5 star rating on all...staff are friendly, courteous, honest and accomodating. Hotel is always clean, facilities are very good-wi fi is very good/reliable. Breakfast is alright. All in all, this hotel is at times better than most expensive 5 star hotels...highly recommended on budget conscious tourist.

Nothing negative about the hotel. Although... The building construction in front of the hotel. Although you can not even hear the construction noise, the view outside the hotel is obstructed. That is the only reason i did not score perfect...the location, because of the construction work in front of the hotel.

Staff were particularly very friendly. Murat went the extra mile to help me. I liked the seating area in the lobby. The cappuccino they served was the best I had in Istanbul compared to all cafes I tried. The free lemonade was unique to the place and we all loved it.

The room was too small and there is no soundproof. My sleep was distracted every day as soon as housekeepers access the floor to clean neighbouring rooms. Housekeeping was only available till 2pm, would be nice to have 24 hr access.
