Breakfast was nice, the room was always clean and bed was comfortable. Location was actually walking distance from the metro and easy to locate. And to make my stay more welcome I thank the guy at the front desk which was always smiling and always available to all my needs and most important we could communicate in english.

Well as I said on my previous message my stay at galata grace was very nice except their was a problem with my tv and they were not able to fix until the day before i checked out. But this was not an issue for me because most of my time was spent sight seeing.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had a good location, very close to the Galata Tower and Taksim Square so you can easily go to those places by walk, but the alley was a bit scary at night. The staff at the desk were very helpful, they gave us suggestions for food places and directions for the landmarks to visit.

The rooms are without noise isolation so you could hear everything. Especially if you are on the ground floor next to the reception, you will hear the noise from the elevator, people coming in or the phone ringing at the desk. The breakfast was the same every day and not a lot of variety to choose from.

Galata Grace was amazing, the location is within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and of course the amazing Galata Tower. The staff were exceptional, and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable. The staff even assisted me to book domestic flights which was super helpful. Definitely coming back once I am back in Istanbul next week!

The only downside to the property is the was no kitchen utensils.

The room was full of light, beautiful, with a view on the Bosporus. Ideal either to rest, on the nice bed provided, or to work, with a comfortable table. There is a traditional Turkish breakfast on the fifth floor, that you can enjoy in an attic with an even better view that the one from your room. Seagulls let themselves be heard and circle above the place, and this is very beautiful. The staff is friendly. It is in a nice part of the city, with also a view on the Galata Tower.

The room was very clean and comfortable with all basic amenities included. We really enjoyed our walks to the river, Galata Tower, Istikbal street and Galata Bridge. The breakfast was simple but good while enjoying beautiful views of Istanbul.

The rooms are too close together and we ended up having very noisy neighbors. In such a case, inform the hotel management and see if you can find a solution. We chose to not inform the management

My first impression was great with the amazing service front desk Mr Hikmet is supper and a lifesaver… he was very quick to respond to my urgent request for airport pick up ... Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay and a glass of tea for the late arrival after a long drive makes you feel at home away from home.I couldn’t get my adapter to connect my phone to charge and again Mr Hikmet speedily organize how to get one ..The hotel was super clean and the staff were very accommodating ..never making you feel like you’re asking for too much .. and also dealing with any complaints they were rapidly sorted… the high quality of service and attention to detail remains..Nice modern rooms very comfortable and immaculate,quiet and a very good night sleep … Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations ,most comfortable beds and the location is amazing with few minutes walk to some of the historical sites and still very safe .breakfast good I would recommend this hotel

1) Location is perfect. 2) 5-6 mins to the Metro Station / Galata Tower 3) Comfortable rooms. We stayed in 2 different type of rooms during our stay. 4) Very excellent staff (especially Barbaros and also the rest of the team) 5) Lovely Terrace with a stunning view. This is where the Breakfast was served and we went there at night too to enjoy the view. 6) Real value for money. 7) Convenient to call for Taxis. 8) Strong wifi.

Very friendly staff helped with luggage and made coffee for us while check in. Location is very good close to many cafe, restaurants and other good spots. Breakfast floor on the rooftop with amazing city view. Quite spacious bathroom which is nice. Water pressure is great — I’m saying this, because many hotels in Istambul has some problems with it.

Probably the Internet speed I’d like to be faster.
