The PeraPort Hotel0

Peraport Hotel and Istanbul Blue Hotel are with same reception which is in the second one. I make reservation for the Peraport but i was accommodated in Istanbul Blue Hotel. The room was bigger then i expect and with a sea view. The hotel dont have elevator which is problem for older people. The reception guy was very kind and he answer all my question. He even make coffee every day for us for free. Hotel dont have parking but near the hotel there is public parking which cost around 5 euro per day. Hotel is located 4-5 min walking near Galata Tower.

Towels need to be replaced.

Overall, our stay was nice! The beginning was weird because we followed the address to the PeraPort Hotel, but we actually stayed at the Blue Istanbul Hotel right next to it (which was totally fine, just confusing, we assumed the owner was the same) It's very well located: cross an alley, continue a bit further and you end up on the main street leading to the Galata Tower, with many restaurants, cafés, cute stores, ATMs etc. It's also right next to the subway (M2), you can join both bridges in 10 minutes either to take the tram or ferry (to go to the old town, or the asian side, for example). Really great location! Also, the staff was nice and helpful, always ready to give advice on what to visit, or provide services like a taxi. The rooms were clean, bright, made almost every day, plus we had way bigger rooms than what we booked, which was very pleasant :) Wifi was ok (not exceptional but we didn't care), and beds pretty comfy (the pillows were a tad firm for me, but it's a matter of preferences there). Just fyi, there's a kettle and 2 glasses in the rooms, and tea / coffee can be found in the lobby of the hotel.

There was a slight misunderstanding because I initially booked 2 rooms at the same dates, cancelled one for free to rebook it for less days (for a friend). But in the hotel's system, the room wasn't cancelled, and I was told I had to pay for it. It was all settled very quickly, no harm no foul, but I didn't like too much being told several times (as politely as it was) I made a mistake when I had a clear proof on my phone that I didn't. Also, a way more troublesome issue: there was two full days without hot water. Fortunately, it wasn't two days in a row, but still, showering with cold water was pretty annoying and a slight discount (or even just an explanation) would've been highly appreciated.

The location is awesome very close to the Metro and to the wonderful Galata area The staff are very friendly and helpful We had family room that was just what we wanted Thanks for wonderful staying

The hotel by itself is basic and small. The room we had was dark, a bit out of time and the worse thing it was full of cockroaches. The hotel must to do something with that. The location is ok

The hotel staff were very friendly, always available and quite helpful. The rooms are very clean and get cleaned every day. The place is very conveniently located and within walking distance to the pulse of Galata.

Hotel manager upgraded our room to better room when we arrived. It was really clean and nice, very tasty tea in lobby

Not enough air refreshing in the room

The location is perfect, being close to the metro and just 3 minutes walking to the water. Also, the staff is very helpful, any problems you face they are there to help.

Sometimes the door buzzer for entering the building would be stuck buzzing and it was quite loud.

Good location next to a train station. Also walking distance from Galata tower and the watre. Excellent staff specially Omar who went beyond his regular duties to help us during our stay

The location is great, rooms are extremely clean and the bed as well as pillows are very comfortable. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We felt welcomed by the staff and had a great relationship with all the workers. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Also, we felt pretty safe because the reception works 24/7 and that's how you enter the building. We can't wait to come back and when we do, PeraPort will be our choice again! Thank you for the great experience.

Location was amazing. Mustafa & Nadir (Front Desk) were very professional, experienced, informative and helpful. Location - Very accessible to all tourist hotspots and transport mediums Room - Decent size for 2 adults + 1 child Room Amenities - Cupboard, 2 Night stands, Mini Fridge, Split AC, Small Table with 2 Chair, Dressing Table with Chair. Queen Bed and Sofa cum Bed. Washroom Amenities - Shower, Western style WC with enclosed Butt spray. Hot and Cold Water. Towels and Toiletteries. Wifi - Good with decent speed. However at night, the wifi drops and router needs to be restarted. Safety - Felt very safe Housekeeping - Very good housekeeping and done daily. USB Charging - 2 Nos. USB-2 charging points for cell phones.

Nothing You need a socket adaptor as socket points are 2 round pin types.
