I was able to check in much earlier than i should with no extra payment quiet aircon, range of breakfast food, quiet area, nice crew.

at start the hotel tried to charge me more than the price on the booking .com where i found the hotel. had to pay deposit for 50euros for minibar which was locked anyway and even then had to wait for deposit as they had to check the locked minibar. lights were away from the bed. and the bedside table light switch was hard to find in the dark small details but sometimes can be find annoying, i still recommend well the hotel

Staff were very nice ,especially esra who worked at the reception, very smiley and friendly Beds very comfortable I enjoyed my sleep ,couldnt hear any noise outside my room Breakfast is huge many options that taste so good

Room service staff dont speak English i tried to tell one of the female staff in the morning to get me cups for coffee and water she didnt understand until i showed her the ones in my room ,she said yes and never came back ,she did the same thing the next day .there was urine on the carpet in my room and smelled very bad ,i dropped my clothes by accident and when i picked them up they smelled of urine The most important part that needs to be done is a smoking area with seats Some people like to have their coffee outside with a cigarette but sitting down not standing

The hotel is well maintained, clean and with nice decor. The staff are helpful though their english isn't 100% Omit in particular (bellboy) was very helpful. The hotel's pool is nice and there is a sauna and Turkish bath for males only.

We were put in a disabled person room which seems not to have been used in a while, the aircon is hard to work out and there was noise from adjacent rooms showers through the night. Be ware this hotel is off the beaten track and it takes the best part of 1 hour to get to downtown Istanbul by metro

Amazing service and best staff. Berkan and his amazing team really helped make our stay that extra amazing. They constantly check if there is anything their team can do to help make our stay even better. Thank you berkan. Lovely clean hotel with amazing natural light.

The breakfast and cleaniless are exceptional

One of staff in the reception she was a woman and without insure if I paid or not She told me that I should pay more When I refused and told thed to review the camera they saw that I left 51 TL from the previous day and gave me them back but I left the hotel instantly because of that and the other thing the same woman after 10 days in hotel told the kitchen that my reservation is not including breakfast then obligate me to bring my printed copy of booking to see if it is include the BF or not

spacious rooms and cleaned . 5 minutes drive to outlet shopping mall Velinzia. 10 minutes drive from mall of İstanbul. Taksim 25 minutes on clear route. swimming pool and sauna etc good.

beds too small and upon checking out no one came up to collect our luggage till I went down myself to take a trolley. then receptionist came with me otherwise I could have waited forever as no staff available

Clean , Quite room , price good, I tried most of 4-5 star hotel in this area , this is compare to the price for me with rented card the location was perfect, Stuff good I liked and will book again.

Breakfast acceptable but need improve little bit! They don't offer in-hotel PCR test like other Hotels in Istanbul. The WiFi -Signal power- need to improve in the room (the service as internet was excellent)

Staffs are really friendly and professional, we are especially satisfied with Mr.Nurten, she was responsible for the house keeping of our floor, she really pays attention to every detail and the smallest corner in the room. The price quality ratio of this hotel is one of the highest in Istanbul, strongly recommended and surely will be living here for my next trip in September.

We waited little bit longer for the parking card at reception and we have to ask for that card everyday during our one week stay

Room size is good , price is very good , stuff nice

in last 1-2 years the hotel quality reduced, the room things the things in room become old without renewing! bathroom shower have leak ,old and broken.. Toiletries quality need improve

I honestly loved the receptionists Burak and Bercon. They were both admirably helpful in so many ways. Truly grateful for them and their hospitality and kindness.

The female receptionists were not as helpful or functionally organized.
