Art City Hotel Istanbul

It is not Lux 5 Star Hotel but it is 3star and for the price it is a good deal. The bathrooms were remodeled and new and hot water was amazing The hotel is clean and comfortable and no bugs. Hotel provided shampoos n body wash, hair dryer n tea kettle. the elevator is convenient the water available in the lobby to refill bottles very convenient. The location is great its 8 min to blue mosque and H-Sofia also 8 min to Other side by tram station road

The elevator is convenient but doesn’t go up to terrace and stairs are steep for older people. the hotel is in tight narrow streets, its steep up hill walk. The walk is ok but difficult for older people. The breakfast was extra and looked disappointing so we ate outside Only some comforters needed updating

I love this hotel, it was in the centre of Istanbul everything was nearby! stuff was very helpful they allowed me to stay until 2 pm because my flight for us till late night. and I also get the free break from the staff as a complimentary. I love this stay in Istanbul.

Everything was perfect, especially Toghrul and Emre (guys in the reception) were very helpful with all of my questions, and guided me in planning my day in Istanbul. Room was big and comfy with an air conditioner, tv, fridge, and great view (they gave me also an iron). The hotel is very near to the center, walking to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia took just 3-4 minutes.

Geographical position is in the center of old town. Staff is very friendly. Balcony and view on the sea.

-the location is great (close to tram) & in the centre of istanbul -the staff is super friendly & they did their best to help us & had gone the extra mile to carry our luggage! thanks a lot. -they extended our stay with a discounted price -they kept our room reserved for us until we arrived although our credit card was invalid.

-the location is perfect but the place is down a hill which requires stamina to climb everyday (great thing we're fitter now haha)

Location is amazing, within walking distance of the Tram and Main tourist attractions. The manager Toghrul was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are neat and clean. The hotels roof top is so peaceful the views are breathtaking. Would definitely recommend to someone traveling on a budget!

Location: this place is close to any sightseeing, the best choice for affordable and reasonable price, the staff was great from the beginning, we are very thankful, keep it up

- Staff is very helpful and polite - They speak a lot of languages. At least they spoke with us in English, Turkish, Russian language at the moment - AMAZING VIEW FROM TERRACE! I choose this place because of this view and It was great decision. - It’s cheap enough - Room was nice, I have room with sea view

Can’t remember bad moments. Maybe lobby is not big enough? But I think it’s not so important :)

it is a great hotel. all of the stuff can speak English very well and they are really polite. the hotel is really nice and clean. the hotel is located in a really good and historical area which is near to the Hagia Sophia and topkapi palace. the see view room are great and have a very great view. highly recomended.
