it was a great location and a reasonable price. the room was beautiful. we never tried the breakfast, so I do not know what that was like. the manager speaks a little english, but not much, so you need the front desk to truly communicate. he was amazing, you can get very informative information especially when he is alone and not translating everything he says to the manager. the rooftop terrace was amazing!

the location is right next to a mosque. luckily we had white noise on our phone. especially being ramadan there were extra call to prayers.

awesome receptionist, was always at our service, answered all questions, recommended a great Bosphorus tour, we were very satisfied with our stay. thank you! nice rooms with comfortable beds. great location, 5 minutes to sultanahmet square. sea view from the terrace and room with a balcony.

steep hills around the hotel 😄. sometimes you can hear your neighbors that are too loud

Great value stay and an incredible roof terrace views. Also some great food options and local grocery stores in the vicinity.

The place itself is a little tired. Also located at the foot of a pretty steep hill, which is understandable for Istanbul, but might be tough for some to access.

I like everything within that hotel : 1- The staff amazingly humbled, very supportive, recommended me a lots of priceless places to visit, provided with all support promptly when required. 2- They check on me every single day, clean the room and hotel on regular basis and also deep clean. 3- This hotel is in the middle of all the famous historic, monuments, food, leisure, parks, port, .. every single beautiful place there from : Grand Bazaar, to Ayat Soya , Ahmed Sultan street, the sea, the port, The place is very quiet, and its local people are so respectful humbled and welcoming tourist. I will defensively return to this place in my next time off. Very much appreciated all the support from the Sultan Ahmed Hotel Palace

Everything was great.

I was 10 days late from initial none-refundable booking, however, Mehmet and the other property owners were understanding of special circumstances and I stayed for the six nights without extra charge and at the exact room I booked. Absolutely wonderful people. Location is perfect, the hotel is clean and with an elevator. The sea view from my balcony was amazing!

.Very good, clean, and safe hotel. Staff very friendly, and always ready to help. A few minutes walk away from the Blue Mosque, and all the other tourist attractions. We definitely will stay again when we return to Istanbul. Angela. Malta.

Nice room with a really nice view,the receptionist was particularly helpful in suggesting activities for my day, and overall, everyone was friendly. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Excellent location (5 min walk to Blue Mosque) and great value for money. The owner was so helpful and kind!
