We ordered some items like brushes and all it took them 1 hr to bring it probably bcz of the lunch cooking hours but they should have given a heads up... Others than that theybwere very welcomig

room was not ok in the first stage, but Mr. Saif who is very kind and understanding person has changed the room for us and was really good. appreciate his support. breakfast was good. location is good as well.

at the evening, I came back to the hotel but I forgot my hand bag in my car, so I have requested the room service to get it for me from the valet, very nicely they accepted my request and they brought it to the room. after 15 minutes I want down to have a walk. someone from the room service, get in the room and open the same bag they brought to me ( I am sure) and to cover the action they closed the curtain and rearranged the sheet on the bad to give me the feeling that they came in to clean the room but it is not some empty bottles and other things they did not throw. if for security or safty reason they might ask me to open and it for them or they can check it by the scan. anyhow, I have nothing to worry but just to let you know that I knew what happen.

This hotel probably has the most friendly staff I have ever met! Everyone from reception to house keeping to restaurant staff to dining staff to concierge staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I checked in earlier as I arrived earlier than my check in time and they accommodated me. The room fit my expectation and was clean at all times. The bed was very comfortable and the overall atmosphere welcoming. The breakfast was quite good and there were lots of options to choose from. Tip: Avoid going for breakfast between 9 and 10-30am as it is extremely busy at those periods. The hotel is right next to the Emirates Tower Metro Station so it was a good base to tour other areas and go to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, Financial Center, Expo 2020, and many more.

The only thing I did not like was the long wait for the lifts. It always took me atleast 10 minutes standing outside a lift waiting for it and most times, it would be parked so we would have to wit for another. That was incredibly frustrating but not the fault of the hotel. It was simply a busy weekend.

need to echance housekeeping and do training for housekeeping staff to be not late for room cleaing also once we call housekeeping by phone donot reply there is time for houekeepin only in morning and afternoon .

The facility is clean enough and the location is good for those who travel for exhibition

Fitness center and the pool are located another building and they are average.

The check in and out was very nice without any delay, the staff were very friendly, the room was amazing 🤩,. The breakfast buffet was exceptional

Our accomondation was on 52.floor so perfect view inclusive. Good location, when you are leaving hotel by back door (cafe and cake location) you are front Of metrostation (emirates tower). Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Swimming pool for all customers and they also give you towel.

Swimming pool area was little bit dirty.

I was there for tow day’s no AC working in room they try to fix the AC how many time finally change my room after tow day’s .. and last day I was late for checkout and the Manager opened my room in coming inside! when I told him what happened for me they said I’m going to give you same rate for yesterday because the price was higher so I need my rights

I didn’t use the restaurant but the location was amazing specially next to the metro station..excellent 👌

What I did not like that we have to call to clean the room as they forgot sometimes
