Worst housekeeping I want to mention some name his name was denny from housekeeping had a lot attitude he doesn't know how to talk someone Darryl i called him for water he told me to contact with reception staff room was not clean every time i called for something they took 1 hour not happy with housekeeping staff and services

The staff were very good..Rico at reception especially. Very friendly and helpful in all things .. many places to eat and drink nearby within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good the only thing i would mark it down is that some of the main attractions of dubai are slightly further then previous hotels I have stayed in..although I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascot Hotel, Bur Dubai, and the experience was quite good. From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The staff at Ascot Hotel were exceptional, particularly Sajana Afreen, who delivered top-notch service with genuine smiles. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether I needed assistance with my luggage or recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to help with enthusiasm and professionalism. The room was comfortable. The hotel's central location made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, with key attractions, shopping, and dining options within easy reach. In conclusion, my stay at Ascot Hotel was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and a prime location make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent hotel experience.

The initial room assignment was unsatisfactory. Following a conversation with Sajana Afreen at the front desk, the room was promptly changed to address the issue.

Ascot Hotel is not far from Dubai International Airport,it is a nice & building and well organized. It is located in the main street and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooms' housekeeping service is done on a daily basis once you leave so they don't bother their guests and the rooms include the necessary amenities. The staff at Ascot Hotel are very professional and very helpful. Thankful to the staff and management for their hospitality and making my stay at the hotel comfortable and pleasant: Guest Relation: Ms. Sindhiya Reception: Mr. Zahoor Bellboy: Lafran, Santosh, and Faisal It was enjoyable stay and look forward to come again soon.

When we checked in a lot of things in the room were not at par. We complained to the receptionist and the duty manager (Mr Bashir) handled the situation very well. They immediately upgraded us to the suite as we had a booking for two rooms for seven nights. We had no issues with the service after. A big appreciation to the front office team, and special appreciation to Mr Bashir. The two room attendants, Mr Naseem and Mr Rasel were always there to assist us and cleaned our room whenever we requested them to. They provided exceptional service and we really appreciate it. After the exceptional service we extend our stay for 7 more nights. We will definitely refer our friends and we will also be coming back. A special thanks to Zahoor, Marvin and Tanya as well.

Very beautiful structure, of classic elegance and taste, especially in the common areas, accompanied by delicately perfumed fragrances. Staff very nice and helpful, attentive and courteous. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Private bathrooms in the rooms in very good condition and clean. Effective and kind maintenance service. Functional and useful in-house shops and businesses create a lively atmosphere without disturbing the public tranquility inside the hotel.

Internet doesn't work well in rooms, works in fits and starts, or freezes for some time. Absolutely not functional for those who have to work. The swimming pool timing due to limited opening times. The pool area closes too early, around 6 PM, which is when the temperature becomes pleasant, especially as the pool is completely sunny until 4 PM. Some noise caused by constant maintenance work during our stay, distributed throughout the 24 hours. Some accessories may be a bit dated, such as a wall-mounted hairdryer, taps, and a kettle.

Good value for price. Royal Ascot and Ascot hotel are connected from the inside. Indian theme with many Indian venues. Good value for price. It’s a pretty old hotel but everything works well. Water pressure in the bathroom and heat were good. Abdul from housekeeping did a great job.

must say everything was perfect reception staff all good especially ms Nishi always ready for help with smile and the room was kept clean all times n our room maintained by Mr satya always up to the mark happy with hotel
