ICentrally located, very helpful staff especially Karan in housekeeping and security mr. Ali. Car parking facilities. French fries were ordered well done and they were fantastic.

Toilet bidet was leaking but didn't get fixed. Small flies near sink area (room 517). Keep clear instructions in safe how to operate. Hummus in your room service is canned hummus, don't serve hummus at all if you cannot serve freshly prepared hummus.

Studio rooms are very comfortable and have all the facilities like kitchen with all utensils, big refrigerator, own, and stove. Very specious room with connection to other room also.

Need a bit more cleanliness. No dental kit provided. Flush of the toilet was very low flow. Lights were not sufficient, some of them are not work.

I stayed there for 6 nights. But as per hotel policy they will provide 2 water bottles only on the day of arrival. When I checked with reception they mentioned it is hotel apartments and it is their policy. I have stayed in many hotels and hotel apartments where daily they used to provide 2 water bottles.

The rooms and the structure its very nice to stay. Well cleaned and very good maintenance and the staffs also very polite and helpfull. The room crossed my expectations really i like all the facilities

Only the problem is very low speed wifi. Please try to solve the wifi problems...

Big studio and luxury

Neighbors doors are so noisy when they open and close I can’t sleep and bathtube has too much hair on the pipe from previous guest and receptionist sometimes asked and forget which room number that I stayed, no idea he is only checking or forget

Location is good and easy to find.

Drop off, loading and off loading wasn't possible from the front, I had to drive through a side road and access the parking to do this. But not a big deal still.

The staff were so friendly & helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is great for the Metro,supermarkets & restaurants ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I personally recommend staying here,great value for money.

The facility was not far from Deira, city center and other attractions. Staff were friendly and always willing to assist.

One of the downside is inadequate pillows in the rooms.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. and great location tea shop next door was so handy. I like to thank Raine (receptionist) who made my stay even easier she was very very helpful Unfortunately swimming pool and spa was closed temporarily due to refurbishment :(
