Staff and customer service were excellent. The selection and quality of breakfast options were good with fresh squeezed fruit juices and eggs made to order. The selection of gym equipment was also really good for a hotel gym, but I would suggest more dumbbells and free weights.

Everything was good for the most part. Only disappointment was one evening I asked room service to bring me a corkscrew and it never came. I don't know if its because they didn't have one, or because it wasn't a chargeable request. Either way, they could have let me know they weren't going to bring one. Also, the lifts seemed to run a bit slow.

it's not my first experience with them..but every time i stayed there , They still maintain the level of comfort they provide for accommodation and that's what I like.

Staff was extremely helpful especially Kelly at the front desk and Sanji in housekeeping. Location is convenient (walkable) to the subway system and Future Museum - it also has a 5 star Indian restaurant on the mezzanine level. Room was spacious. I did not use the shuttle bus service to the mall or beach but was provided with instructions on its availability

Front of hotel for obtaining car services is terrible. Since there is limited space there is a lot of pressure to get vehicles moving which can be a challenge when paying taxi services, getting luggage in or out of cars, or simply talking to drivers to explain where you’re going Staff at buffet appeared overwhelmed they were very nice but I think staffing levels to diners was not sufficient. Once I was seated there was limited to no contact unless I initiated

- Rooms very clean - Friendly and helpful staff - Location close to metro (c. 5min by foot) and very central location - Surroundings with sufficient shopping/dining options; Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa area nearby (one metro station or 5min by taxi) - Nice view from rooftop (reflected in prices) as well as hotel room - Price seems adequate for the offering

Overall very pleasant stay - few things to note: - Interior/Furniture is a bit dated in terms of "style" but no extraordinary signs of use - Hotel is next to a busy street leading to some noise. On floor 10 this was recognizable, but not disturbing - Timing of room service/cleaning varies (from morning to early afternoon) - Waiting time for elevators at certain times (5min tops) - A/C did its job but overregulated temperature at times (+/- 1-2 degrees)

a truly amazing stay. we booked a twin room as a holiday to celebrate my birthday and it was incredibly big, the beds were closer to double beds there was a lovely view of the gulf. the front desk team decorated my room with balloons and left me a lovely card wishing me a happy birthday when we arrived, and were so lovely throughout. the cleanliness is the very best and you can tell that housekeeping take their roles seriously. the views on the sky lounge are amazing and the bar was an amazing experience. the location is perfectly situated in the middle of dubai, about a 5min drive from the mall and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and a few cash machines. i’ve visited this hotel before in one big trip and i am so glad i got to come here again. definitely a loyal stay for whenever i go to dubai and i’ll forever recommend it!!

the wait times for the lifts were inevitable but still a bit eh, that’s just me being picky

Great staff, cleanliness a room (not a balcony), location

Hotel promised hight speed of the Internet. But that is the worst Internet I ever met. Speed of the Internet was about 10 mb/c and quality did not allow even make a phone call via Viber. After asking, the hotel increased a bit speed but quality stayed the same. And the second bad thing was that the hotel promised a room with a balcony but it was loked and to open it we must ask staff to come and unlock. After getting out we found out that balcony was too dirty and the balcony handle was broken and kept falling off.

The hotel is in an ideal location and the staffs are very courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent for vegetarians and non vegetarians. There is only one point worthwhile to mention. The wife that the hotel has would not allows you to talk to you via Whatsup and you need to install an Apps if you wish to talk face to face with your friends and relatives. The issue with these Apps is that it constantly displays ads which really annoy you. I will strongly recommend for the tourist to stay in this hotel in Dubai.

Some of the facilities provided such as the towels need to be updated, they weren't soft and fluffy, infact hard on the body and bins in the bathrooms need to be changed as they were broken. Other than that, everything was perfect!
