Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park, an IHG Hotel

The location is perfect , close to metro station Business bay, max 15min walk Nice area, other side towards Hilton hotel you see the canal, you can walk there in evening Good price quality, good breakfast Nice rooms, pillows, airco, free bottles water, quiet in the rooms. Friendly staff Great service

Good location. Not far from the airport and near to the metro station and attractions. There is the Canal walk a few minutes walk away. which was really good. And a local supermarket. Good choice of breakfast. There is also a Mexican restaurant on site.

The Wi-Fi was week

Good breakfast as always with holiday inn hotels, brilliant location it was central and close to metro, taxis were also available. We had an opportunity to utilize the free eye screening and purchased glasses which were delivered seamlessly. Had issues with the level at which the rooms were cleaned but this was attended to by house keeping with urgency. Very friendly staff, restaurant, reception, house keeping , security they made us feel at home. We requested for early check in and late check out and these were arranged by the hotel and that’s what we call ‘excellent service’

I liked the room, the breakfast was excellent. the quietness, the staff were very good, Specially reception was helpful. Location was close to Dubai Mall. So it was good.

The room rate was not what I expected. When I booked online a moth ago it was $106. That is why I booked it. But when I checked in it had gone up. I did not question because at that night I had no where to go. But this should not happen to any other guest. And when I booked, it was not mentioned that you need to inform in advance if you need to get the shuttle to the Mall. So I missed that. I had to pay for a taxi. It is good to include in the booking info.

I really enjoyed my week-long stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dubai Sada Park. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes' walk from Business Bay metro station, from where it's possible to reach many of Dubai's most popular attractions. My ground-floor room was very clean, quiet and well-equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV, fridge, safe, desk, small sofa and an enormous bathroom. The buffet breakfast included in the price was very varied with every type of food and drink you would expect, both hot and cold. The cheerful  hotel staff were always exceptionally courteous, respectful and helpful, which made my stay a particularly pleasant one. Highly recommended.

The price of the room was very affordable and it met my expectations. They have provided us with complimentary water, coffee, and tea inside the room and there was also an available mini refrigerator. The breakfast was also nice. The staff were also accommodating and were available to answer all our queries.

I wished they have provided bathroom mats as it gets slippery when the floor gets wet. The place was a bit far from the metro, around 15 minutes walk along the highway. It is better to book uber or taxi instead if you stay in this hotel.

We enjoyed our experience overall. The room was clean. The front desk team was exceptional. We needed their help on several occasions and they were super helpful. We were celebrating some special occasions and they made our stay memorable. Additionally, the breakfast is really tasty. I liked the many options and that everyday the food is different. Chef Arun Thomas and team do a great job. The hotel is within walking distance from metro so that was good. For someone looking to stay in a budget friendly hotel with good amenities and great service do consider this one.

I don't have any negative feedback to share

The hotel was fine and there was everything what we needed. The location is 10 minutes away from Business Bay metro station, but there was also always a taxi in front of the hotel. This is a good location and starting point for visitors who want to visit all parts of the city from the old city and Burj Khalifa to Dubai Marina. We got free fresh water every morning from hotel service, the gym was free as well.

We had to stay in smoking room the first night despite the fact that we are not smokers.

The staff are really accommodating. Our flight landed early in the morning and we had a lot of time to kill before the check in time. The staff got us a shuttle to Kite beach and kept our luggage so we don’t have to lug it around with us. However, when we came back we still had a few more hours before checking in. The staff were very gracious and got us checked in early without any extra charge. The breakfast is a nice option to have. It saved us the time spent getting something to eat prior to going out and seeing the main attractions in Dubai. Also, the location of the hotel is central to many of the attractions in Dubai. The metro stop is a 5 min walk. You can take it straight to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or even the Dubai Airport.

Hi everyone, I would say that I like the way how staff manages early check in and introducing all the information about facilities. The location is great, easy access to metro and 15-20 mins walk to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. There are some transfers from hotel to the beach. Breakfast was good and dinner was great!

Well, we have had some troubles with the keys. During our stay the key was not opening the door for about 3-4 times and each time you have to visit reception and ask them to figure it out.
