All the facility were kept so clean that we couldn’t find any dust. The staffs were so kind and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Their action was very prompt, especially our assistant manager’s response through WhatsApp. This hotel is connected to the Dubai mall so you can directly go there without feeling hot. All guests can enjoy this hotel’s pool and I ensure you that you can spend gorgeous comfortable time there. I strongly recommend it. I heard there is only few people in the summer season.
They once forgot to add an extra bed into our room after I asked them to do that, but their recovery was prompt.

the fountain and the place and the location are amazing
when i arrive , i've asked the reception to include the breakfast in the booking , and they said ok . when i finish the breakfast and am leaving , the restaurant in charge ran after me to tell me come and pay which is something not nice to happen to me in front of all people.

It lives up to its name in almost all regards. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room was great, the bathrooms were perfect. The layout of the suite is a bit confusing but still awesome. Twice a day turndown service. Special residents access to Dubai Mall. Valet service and the breakfast were very good, considering the changes for covid reasons.
It’s not that I didn’t like this, but in hotels of this tier I expect the staff to be much more friendly and accommodating. We were given wrong information about requirements for travel to Abu Dhabi, and we were denied entry because of it. In general when they were asked a question they weren’t that knowledgeable. I guess that’s the concierge’s job which brings me to the most important point- there was no concierge, which is the first thing I look for when I’m on vacay, someone who knows things! Over all it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

The warm and friendly service from right at the door to the friendly check-in process to the ambiance of the hotel and the room. The room is very spacious and they had 2 TVs inside the room both had a welcoming note to it with my name. The TV, curtains and lightings of the room can be controlled through the ipad provided and it was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
- The ipad provided in the room worked well but the front bathroom’s light sometimes didnt work with us. Eventually it would turn on but it took a few trial and errors. - This is not something that the Hotel can be fault for but the link to Dubai Mall can be quite a walk for old people aged 60 and above. Also, the Dubai mall metro station to the hotel is a 1km walk, so i suggest taking Uber or taxi.
