The staff here were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived at 6am they done everything they could to make us feel welcomed. They were able to assist with an early check in which was amazing as we just got off an overnight flight. Ahmed at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Great location, quick taxi to Dubai mall and heaps of food delivery around. The on-site restaurant has a great buffet breakfast and the restaurant staff were amazing! Made the best coffees and made sure food was gluten free for the celiac diet we had in the group. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

It's the second time that I stay at this particular property of Damac. I already use Damac normally when I travel to Dubai, but I can particularly recommend the Cour Jardin. Where should I start? The location is amazing: right next to the Canal, central yet appeasing due to the water and ample surroundings. The staff is incredibly nice, communication is great, welcoming. And the cleaners are just perfect, they seem to be available almost immediately after you ring them. The rooms are super cozy and spacious. My kitchen was fully equipped. And for bonus I had a nice balcony facing the canal! Thank you, will definitely recommend

The apartment that we had was fully equipped and had everything we needed for traveling with a young baby. The washing machine was extremely useful and they kindly gave us a rack to use on our large balcony to dry clothes. I need to mention the housekeeping staff ahsan and Rahim as our room was spotless everyday and they even washed our baby bottles when we left them in the sink in a rush. they definitely went out of their way. Ahmed and Osama were both so helpful with our bags, getting taxis etc. it just made the stay so much more pleasant. The poolside area is super nice and a good area to just sit and relax in the evenings. we even had cake out there for a birthday celebration. overall the apartment is super convenient location wise and the added benefit of being able to order food and groceries to the door was great.

the breakfast were amazing, the breakfast time was really good. the location was nice, it wasn’t real good because the hotal is not so close to the burj halifa but its in a nice location. the room was nice with a straight view to the burj.

i didnt really like that the taxi couldn’t come straight to the hotal, it needed to do a whole round in the street witch took about 2-3 minutes. i also didnt like that the pool wasnt heated and it was pretty cold but keep in mind that i was there in the winter so i'm sure that in the summer its hotter.

Exceptionally clean - the room attendants make guests feel really special. Room is comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is also very good.

The breakfast is rather modest. Due to works, the pavements around the building are not accessible and one needs to walk on the road. In order to make the right choice between multiple agencies, we asked for desert safari recommendation from the hotel assuming that many guests ask for it and that they can suggest the best option. They arranged the trip for us, which in the end did not turn out to be the product we were sold (promised agenda was not fulfilled and activities were omitted). This was a major disappointment and poor guest care.

Location is in the center of business bay, good place for walk around canal and walking distance from Business Bay Metro Station. Thanks to Ibrahim and Nirav who really go out of their way to accommodate us. It was a busy season and fully booked but they were really nice to give us a good room with big balcony. Thanks to Ibrahim who allowed us to use their arabic corner for our Video Shoot interview . Thanks to Marvin ( HK ) who accommodate us with our request.

Good localtion for work in Business Bay. In walking distance to most places in Business Bay (but in summer you don't want to walk anywhere, so just bear that in mind if you go in the summer). Great in-room facilities (microway, taister, kettle, hob, fridge and a washing machine. The staff were so friendly too.

No bar. After a lang dayin the office I like to (not every day) have a beer. There are not many bars in business bay and they are more "restaurants where you can get a drink". Actualy most of Dubai is like thata, which is why a plain ond-fashioned hotel bar is useful. But their has been closed since the andemic (I have found this to be the case in all the Dubai business arera hotels I have stayed in).

We loved everything about the hotel: - location (close to everything) - 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for an energetic toddler to roam around the apartment, and parents could hang out in the living room while he was napping in the bedroom. kitchen and dining room are also ideal to heat up food or milk and feed toddler comfortably - staff was excellent. they provided us everything we asked for, be it dishwashing liquid, sponge, baby cot, late check out, etc.

I was disappointed to find out that the i door kids playroom was under construction during our stay

The spaciousness of the apartment and appliances were very new. The building was also new and the pool was really nice and not crowded.

The bathroom although spotless clean, left a lot to be desired. Very small in proportion for the large apartment. It was not a bathroom for couples. The fixtures were old and water pressure was lacking.
