The Dubai EDITION

I liked the rooms. The layout is nice, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The spa was also very nice- I had a great massage there. The Staff is nice as well and very accommodating, gave us a late checkout very easily.

It felt like it was lacking. The Abu Dhabi Edition in comparison offers a lot more in terms of facility as well as offerings, e.g. breakfast here is limited and ends very early, AD Edition had organic juices, smoothies and a more wellness vibe. AD Edition also had a coffee bar. These are the touches that I expected and didn’t find in Dubai.

Thie hotel is in a great location, very convenient to get anywhere in Dubai. The interior of hotel is one of the most stylish in Dubai. Hotel rooms are a generous and comfortable size. I would definitely stay there again, but not for the same rate. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is trying to position themselves as a luxury hotel, but there are certain things that give it away that they’re not there yet. The cheapest Dilmah tea in the rooms, fake nespresso capsules, not even a little welcome drink...The food in The Duomo restaurant is only very average and it becomes overpriced for the quality, would not eat there again. Considering the hospitality standards in Dubai, they need to push harder on some basic things that could easily make the stay more pleasant.

Perfect edition style like in most of their other destinations.

Breakfast was really dull. Though kind of the same menu as in NY, this one was really terrible. Dry as hell waffles, omelets really not well made. First ones came without extras. And then wrong extras. Coffees wrong each time. And furniture not cleaned from the people eating there before. Most importantly, the staff needs waaaayy more routine (the general manager aside). They are stressed and feel very close to on the edge of rude! There was not a single chat with the staff that felt pleasant and I needed to argue in each conversation.

room service was good one time and not so good the second time! there is only one restaurant in the entire hotel!

Brand new hotel, clean, good size of rooms, nice common spaces, good decor and comfortable rooms, nice pool.

Very noisy due to 24 hrs traffic outside and door closing system in the hotel generating noise. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Difficult to connect with reception - nobody answers, kettle didn't work, water in shower didn't keep temperature - was running cold or hot, prices in hotel's restaurants ridiculous vs offered meals.

Brand new hotel so everything is fresh and neat. The Italian restaurant at the lobby is wonderful. Service is attentive and nice. the pool area is chic and cosy. Breakfast area is very nicely set up and the food is really good. Offered checkin as soon as landed in Dubai early morning. This was really great.

Brand new hotel so there are still some developments underway e.g. spa was not operational yet. Also considering the recent opening (Dec 2021), the rates are a little steep considering some of the facilities were not fully operational.

The decor. The aesthetics. The service. The cleanliness. The pool. The Restaurants. The fact that staff know we’re returning guests and welcome us back like we’re friends. Amazing.

I am in love with the contemporary and elegant interior of this hotel. Its location is very centralised, only a stone's throw away from the Dubai Mall. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, spotless, and organised. The staff are the friendliest ever and it's incredible how they attend to your every requirement. I loved all the restaurants, especially INTI and I found the pool area to ve very relaxing with healthy food options. The fitness centre has a boutique charm to it and offers the latest technology. The SPA was very relaxing. All in all this hotel made my stay extra special and stress-free. I've stayed for several weeks and tried different types of rooms, their Suite is definitely my favourite, and the Deluxe King with the Burj Kalifa view was lovely.

There is nothing to complain about.

everything except some of the front disk employees and the bathroom was not clean when we enter the room also the curtain was not working so you can’t open it or close it

Great location! Although it isn’t quite central, it feels like it’s close to everything. The customer service was outstanding and they were quick to help out with all of our needs. There was one number on the telephone for customer service who helped with everything from concierge to room service etc. We checked out quite late without a call or a bother asking us to check out quickly.

The room service food wasn’t great. The restaurants in the hotel wasn’t up to par either. We ended up just ordering Deliveroo or going to restaurants nearby for a quick bite. Customer service past 10pm was quite slow to answer but the hotel is still outstanding, regardless.
