Paramount Hotel Midtown

We had an amazing experience at Paramount hotel. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our trip with such an awesome view. The staff was welcoming and professional. We highly recommend this hotel! It is very reasonably prices considering the location and amelities it provides. Just a recommendation for the other guests: the sunbeds in the pool area get filled very fast every day so you should be quite early if you want one.

The hotel surprised me with a birthday Cake 🎂. Very very wonderful. This, I will never forget and I will come back again. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful but unfortunately I forgot his name. The one who checked us in on10th at close to midnight. The housekeeper Asif was wonderful and kept the room clean. The movie themes are great and breakfast was very good. Allot of variety continental breakfast and and English. Actually all walks of life were catered for.

That they don't have complimentary shuttle services to Dubai mall or any beach.

Rooms are spacious and clean, good bed, espresso coffee machine available. Most remarkable in my opinion, its main selling point, is the infinity pool on top of the roof at the 65th floor, with an amazing view at the ocean and the city, kept very clean, and of great size. The service of personnel at the pool and rooftop bar excellent.

When booking through Booking.com, I filled in 2 adults and 1 child of 9 years old. We found out when we arrived that the hotel assumed the child is sleeping in the bed together with the parents, there was no option to put in an extra small bed. For an extra bed, we had to upgrade to a suite, which would have been a very pricey option, even with the discount, so we didn't take this offer. Our experience so far with hotels is that there is a smaller bed for the child, but not here. Take notice if you have children and book a room here. Either sleep together in one bed, or book a suite or more rooms.

- Breakfast was extensive and there was more then enough variation every day. - Quite near Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. - Room had a balcony with view to the Burj Khalifa and city. - The room was super clean and the cleaning staff was really motivated and helpful. - Valet service for the car was really nice and gave the hotel a really extra luxurious feeling. - Food near the pool was really tasteful and not that expensive. - The pool is really nice and looks really like the pictures on the website.

- Sometime is is difficult to get a bed near the pool but if you come around 14 there is much more space available.

An excellent experience, I would like to say thank you to Asif, the excellent guy from the room service, a dear man who does his job as well as possible, the room was clean and everything was excellent, he brought me everything I asked for, worthy of praise and credit Asif, I would be happy if you even show him the message because he really deserves it Thank you, and thank you to the entire hotel staff, it was amazing. See you next time, that's for sure!

I loved this hotel - picked it due to pool pics - didn't realize it was tied to the Paramount Brand. So it exceeded expectations. The breakfasts buffet is exceptional.

Housekeeping folks need to be managed more - they missed details on a daily basis - like on a few days left only one large towel. Returned the robs in two days.

The hotel location is great, the shops were so close to it, Rateb and Murad were so welcoming and sociable at the reception, the check-in was smooth and calm, the check-out was quick, room service also was great, I loved how clean the hotel was, the food supplied by the hotel is incredibly amazing and they can provide the food until the very late time which is awesome, I ordered Pasta and Salad around 3 AM and was an awesome experience. It is a lovely place for people who are planning to stay in Down Town, but also it is just 10 minutes drive to Jumeira beach. Totally, it is now one of my best destinations in Dubai.

The Valet car service needs to be improved a little bit. When receiving the car they get the key and hand over the ticket in seconds which is awesome. However, for requesting the car, three times I had to wait outside the hotel for more than 15 minutes standing on my feet. Twice I requested the car before leaving my suite but also with no luck. They can do better than that. The second thing, I had to request the water many times and wait for it. Just try to refill all rooms with enough water bottles that will be nice.

Totally everything was amazing.. From the day we checked in to check out was worth the experience. The SZR view is mind blowing and the pool is a must try with the burj khalifa view. The staffs were really polite and professional especially pool staffs and reception. It was our anniversary so they arranged all the set ups for us. Thanks to the whole team, I will highly recommend this to our friends and families.

The best hotel in dubai , it has a excellent service, elegant and very clean. The room with view to burj khalifa and balcony, it's big, beautiful and comfortable. The pool is amazing on the 64th floor that you cannot miss. The location is perfect in the center of dubai, near to metro station and dubai mall (8-10 minutes by taxi), you also can walk around. Has restaurants, bar and spa.
