Nice building, good breakfast, high-quality rooms, good gym and pool area, good room service

Guests who do not present a passport are not allowed, this seems rather strict given that Dubai is one of the safest places on the planet and there are cameras everywhere inside the hotel (and you can‘t access the guest floors without a room key)

The customer service was superb so was the house cleaning staff! Firstly, the house cleaning staff changed our bedsheets and towels daily. What a service! They also made sure the room was tidy and made you feel welcomed back. Many other hotels only tidy the bed, here they went that extra mile. Secondly, we checked out early in the morning the last day and head to the airport whereupon there was an issue and we had to rebook the flight for the next day. The reception staff did not only assist us with checking into the room again but gave us an additional three hours of late check-out. + Cleanliness Breakfast selection Staff service throughout the hotel Location Price worthy

We were pretty much satisfied with the hotel and its service until the last two days. Due to Diwali celebrations the hotel had a great deal of Indian guests and many didn't seem to bother the restrictions of wearing mask during breakfast and many talked to each other over the fruit and bread counter. Given that Covid still is a thing we would have appreciated if the staff would strictly enforce all guests to wear mask as they should whilst getting food.

This is such a lovely hotel with outstanding facilities and staff! All the staff made me feel exceptionally welcome and nothing was too much to ask! The restaurants at the hotel were great too, we managed to try all of them! The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and amenities replenished, the whole hotel was immaculately clean especially the pool area which I found was kept in tip top condition.

Unfortunately we didn’t get a view of the bay or the burj khalifa which I would’ve preferred. The bathroom made dripping/running water noises through the night which was a little distracting. The room could’ve done with an update but with it being a business hotel this would have been more than enough had I been there on business. The lighting in the room was a little odd, with there being lacking lighting next to the full length mirror - this are all minor and preference based things though and didn’t dampen the experience of my stay.

Everything was perfect. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, respectful, ready to support you with anything in any moment. The room was very clean, gorgeous. We went also to Bella restaurant and it is a marvelous and unique place to take dinner. Very nice music and very good food and drinks. The entire hotel is very luxury, it was perfect for us. We will come back for sure in the near future. Thanks again to all for making us special!

the staff are really helpful and friendly. Tarek and Prakash at reception were extremely outstanding along with a gentleman who drives the hotel shuttle, unfortunately I did not get his name. The ladies behind the desk are always polite and take care of your requests. staff outside the hotel who greet your arrival are also really polite and helpful. the whole team deserves a mention from the concierge to the guys running the breakfast facility.

the location. needs a taxi to get to close places such as Dubai mall or metro station.

This is one excellent hotel. Since arrival hotel staff made us feel very special and was taking good care. In every aspect. Hotel has an very nice SPA zone, swimming pool, good gym and excellent Asia Asia restaurant. I am travelling a lot world wide and have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels. This very hotel is really special and make you feel special. Immediately on arrival complimentary room upgrade was granted. It is really positive and welcoming approach to meet and greet hotel guests. Good breakfast and good choice. Speedy elevators, nice lobby and good location. Rooms having good sound proof qualities which is really important for relaxed stay. Dubai Business bay area. Wonderful.

Swimming pool could be bigger and more choices for special desserts in breakfast. But these are just some minor things. In general, really, very nice hotel. Highly recommended.

Large rooms and super comfortable beds. Great breakfast, and a super attentive staff. I was there during a very busy season and yet everything worked well. The hotel was busy but there's plenty of space to manage it. They are prepare for those volumes.

It's not super easy to get to. But that's the case for pretty much everywhere in Dubai. Traffic can be a pain and it is not walking distance to the metro. If you only have business near by it's great. But if you need to move around the city it may be a bit tricky.
