Park Regis Business Bay

The location is good to move around. We were upgraded to a Suite so it was ver comfortable. Breakfast was fine but with too much spicy Indian food and little other options. No vegan options! The Pakistani gentleman that received us when we arrived with the taxi and helped us with the luggage on the night of 22.09 was the best! Super friendly and every single day for two weeks with a big smile on his face and always helping with everything until the last moment when we left. He should be promoted or something, the guy really gives a top impression of the hotel. Also worth mentioning is the staff at the breakfast that serve the food, great guys!!! Always super polite and happy!

The front desk employee at arrival the night of 22.10 was extremely unpolite and lied to us several times by giving us a smoking room and trying to convince us that the smell and ashtray were in our imagination. Really bad employee because the rest of the staff were great. There is always a rotten apple.

Check-in and check-out staff were quick and good. Bellboy during check-out was helpful in assisting with my bags and transport to the airport.

Room service menu and taste was average. Mini fridge in room was broken and had to be changed. Rooms are not soundproof at all. Very inconvenient and noisy. Housekeeping was average and needed to be trained better.

there are construction works outside the hotel, it is noisy even at night time, but it was not mentioned in hotel description. I think, hotel guests should know that information, because it is not comfortable

-The front desk team consisting of Mr.Joel, Mr.Praveen, Mr.Merhan etc. were very supportive and professional. Their prompt actions ensured that I had a great stay. - Special mention to the kind and very helpful trio of Mr.Shoaib, Mr.Raju, Mr.Manzoor for always going out of the way and assisting with all baggage and other miscellaneous requests - A very hardworking and customer conscious housekeeping team led Mr.Prince, Mr.Kamran, Mr.Zeeshan who always made sure that room was extra clean and of high standards. - Good variety of breakfast options along with some personalization thanks to the dedicated team at the restaurant led by Mr.Kailash, Ms.Bella/Angie, Thanish, Ms.Hannah and others.

- The weighing machine is not very good or very accurate as I faced issues with a difference of weight at the sipper last time as well as this time. I’m sure that the concerned team can surely opt for a better modern and accurate weighing scale that is more convenient to use. - Perhaps, the team can add an entertainment room/zone with a billiards table, darts and/or PlayStation/ gaming consoles. This will help guests unwind themselves better after a long,hectic day of work.

I recently stayed at Park Regis Business Bay and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location in the heart of Business Bay offers convenient access to key attractions and business centers. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The rooftop pool provided stunning views of the city skyline, and the gym was well-equipped for a quick workout. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Overall, my experience at Park Regis Business Bay was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

1. Mr.Mohammed Nasser the front desk staff is the most gracious and accomodating with all of my requests, we travelled by road from Oman to Dubai, checked in super late and checked out late too. Also our bellman Mr.Shoaib anything you need or ask he can deliver with a smile. 2.The location! There is a strip mall just a stone's throw away with Spinneys supermarket and many restaurants, stores,clinics etc. Also there's a walking/jogging/biking/dog Park in the same area. You can see the half of Burj Khalifa too. 3.Pool is with ceiling/with shade. 4.Ample parking space in the basement.

Well, just one instance that housekeeping forgot to replace my towels etc, so after a tiring day touring arriving at midnight, its a hassle to call for towels which should have been replaced automatically. Inspite of this all is well.

It is my second time I chose this hotel. Firs of all it has a good location. Just in the middle of the city of Dubai. Close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Not far from trade center where all international exhibitions happen. Reasonable distance from the airport. Second thing. The hotel. It has pretty nice rooms, good condition, nice design, comfortable beds. And the view!! They have exceptional views. And good breakfasts. And the last but not in the last moment. The staff. They are really pleasant and helpful. And hear you and your requests. Special thanks for people at the reception. For mr.Muhammad and mrs.Bella. Ask them, they will try to help you as well as they can.

Walking distance to metro. But the traffic lights are terrible. Not logical. It’s annoying. Waiting time on each of the traffic lights is very long.

The hotel has an amazing location, the moment you enter you notice that it’s very neat and clean, and the service is quick and responsive starting from the helpful Annil at the front office ( very cheerful and helpful) when i arrived every thing was ready . And also Micheal from house keeping is very friendly and full of positive vibes ,you could ask him about any thing ( even directions and locations ) he will help you indeed . And mohamed abu zaid for any changes you want to make he is there with the perfect solutions . Definitely Park Regis business Bay Hotel, is my new favourite.

The receptionist kept me waited til 3pm for check in when in fact she already accepted two guests for check in at noontime on that same day. I was so tired and drowsy already til i got to sleep in the lobby.
