Rove City Walk

Loved everything about our week long stay at Rove City Walk. Extremely clean and contemporary facility. Conveniently located close to Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa and the City Walk shopping and dining area. The facility is super clean, has an extremely comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and go into minor details to make sure your stay is comfortable. Special shout out to Anas for helping us fix an issue with our luggage and for the general great service he provided through out our stay. The bar and restaurant are great. A fully equipped and clean 24hr gym was a favourite! Another favourite was the 24hr on site laundromat and ironing room. Never had to wait for more than 2 mins for a taxi as there were always taxis parked outside. The free shuttle bus to and from Dubai Mall and Kite beach is a great service! Couldnt recommend this place more!

Everything was fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at Rove hotel! We were checked in earlier without any additional payment. Also, we were asked about preferences for room: window view and floor. We stayed in a room with a good view of the Burj Khalifa, especially at night. There is tea, coffee, water in the room. By the way, you can take bottles of water that you need at any time for free. There is shuttle bus for La Mer Beach, Dubai Mall, that is really convenient! It’s schedule you can find at the exit of the hotel. So, you don’t need to think how to get to the beach or which road to take to the mall. The mattress is very comfortable. Cleaning was done every day! There are luggage lockers if you have free time after check out and before departure. The hotel has a restaurant, so you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just choose whatever you want with delivery to your room. We didn't use it, so I can't say anything about the food.

The only issue was a noise, which sounds like something wobbling in the wind on the roof.

The hotel was very nice looking. Loved the decor and the public areas and the cool vibe. Exceptionally clean. Rooms are small but very well laid out and organized. Bathroom is a great size.

Housekeeping was very erratic. Every day they would forget something - not replacing some towels, not refreshing the coffee and cup supply, not putting a mat for the bathroom floor, not refilling the empty tissue box. Not emptying the trash. It got annoying. Every day something was missed. One day we came to our room at 4:30 pm and the room was not cleaned yet. However, hotel was responsive when we talked to them about this.

nice location and close to city walk. we usually stay at the downtown hotel, which has a convenience shop and Starbucks. the ground floor is more welcoming and the bedrooms are bigger than here.

when we checked out and the lady gave us two lockers to keep our luggage in. whilst storing the luggage another member of staff came and said we could only have one locker and said the rest of our luggage will need to be kept out on the trolley. she was rude to us and her colleague .

The comfortable and clean room

The AC didn't cool the room enough even though the temp was reduced and fans on max. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Was uncomfortable but then quickly fell back into sleep. The lack of entertainment options, suggestions please expose an HDMI cable the guest can connect to the laptop and watch Netflix.

Most of all, especially the entire reception crew who tried there best

Even though it looks so close to Dubai mall/burj khalifa, it is still long walk due to the fact that in order to go everywhere you need to (apart of the hot temp) go up/stright/down and vice versa, don't even think of crossing those giantic roads/junction

Literally every single thing I liked! This hotel is perfect, from lobby to the bathrooms, clean, brand new and super fresh! Couldn't ask for a better hotel honestly! The location is perfect, basically in the City Walk area – the calm district in Dubai in my opinion. La Mer beach is 10 min away by car, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are 25 min walk away 5-7 min by car. The personnel is amazing and super friendly!

Absolutely no cons or disadvantages at all! The only thing I could thing about is the price, it would literally be the best hotel in Dubai, if the prices for long term stay were a bit lower. But this is the tiniest thing I can think about :)

It is that rather rare case when all the positive reviews turned out to be true! Was so happy I booked Rove City walk - the best choice in the center of Dubai. Close to the crowded Downtown with the Dubai mall and the fountains, just a minute walk from the Citywalk - a great area to wonder around in the evening, to dine out. Easy to get everywhere by taxi, the metro station is also 5 minutes away by feet. breakfast and the terrace - oh, I miss it already Thanks to the team - they are making every guest feel special. Hope to return one day

The rooms might seem a bit small if you are with the kids but for two people it’s not a problem at all
