Perfect location comfortable and clean and spacious and excellent parking and ease of access to building and rooms. Beautiful view from window of room 1 would def stay again if in the area.

Stayed in room 1 and only negative is that the mattress is in desperate need of being replaced the left side is totally gone it made for a very uncomfortable sleepless few nights for one of us, I don't know if you were already aware of this.

Loved the room. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Massive storage space. Bathroom also huge included a shower and bath. Owners kept in touch and gave very clear and precise instructions days before arrival so we knew exactly what to do. Lovely bottle of sparkling water and wine along with tea and coffee. We managed to park outside no problem.

I would have given this room a 10+ had the bed been comfortable. Unfortunately the bed did not fit the frame and was too soft for us personally. The waterproof mattress protector made it even more uncomfortable.

The rooms are in a great location right in the centre of the village. Didn’t meet any staff or owners but the communication through out was great with clear instructions on how to get in to the property and room.

Can’t really fault the room, it was probably my fault when booking, though the room I was booking had a seating area as per the photo that came up when booking but only had one chair an no real place for a couple to sit and relax after out for a long days walking

clean, nice towels, warm, easy parking, attractive wall pictures, wine, water and tea appreciated.

lumpy pillows, no hairdryer in one room, only one bedside light in one room, very impersonal, zero information about local facilities,SIX identical messages with entry details - one hours before we left. never found App. wiFi very poor.

Great location close to shopping and restuarants. If you're a golfer, the Ballater course is just up the road. The apartment was very nice with a very large bathroom

Very limited street parking so unloading cases is difficult, but once finished there is a car park just across the road.

They code system to get in worked perfectly. Rooms comfortable and clean. Huge bathrooms. Lovely view from front room window of church. Loved the free bottle of wine!

My sheets, although obviously clean, were marked. Time for a new set. This was a minor point and we really loved our rooms.

Great property in an amazing location. The welcome glass of wine was a nice touch but the main reason I would stay again, is the service levels. The owners really went above an beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely recommend to a friend!

This was a lovely, comfortable and large room, with a great bathroom (separate shower and lovely bath). We had a great night's sleep and the large TV was also great. Didn't mind the no breakfast option as we had plenty to eat. A lovely though was the bottle of red wine left for us to enjoy when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again, comfy and good value.

Room was spacious and great that they take dogs, shame the restaurant doesn’t have a dog friendly area because it looked lovely. Plenty of parking outside, easy access with the pins codes. Huge bathroom.

The location and decor . Great fan in bedroom. Good facilities , large bathroom.

The bathroom was very warm due to the weather but no fan as in the bedroom .
