Lovely rural setting in large old cottage full of character. Comfortable and greeted with cup of tea on lawn when we arrived by friendly and welcoming host George. Tea and coffee facilities available in hall way Large breakfast table setting for at least 10 guests and so you can get chance to meet other guests. Full English breakfast available with choice of cereal and fruit etc

Nothing to dislike - we had a separate bathroom rather than en-suite but it was comfortable and fine. Don’t rely on sat nav to take you directly to property- it only takes you to the nearby village.

The ambiance was good and the furnishing in the bedroom and bathroom was excellent. It was very nice to be able to walk around the farm and enjoy the peacefulness. Although off the beaten track, it was in easy reach of the coast and towns

We have to say that the description of "private bathroom" is very misleading. The bathroom is in fact shared with other residents. Personally it was not too much of a problem although a bit of a shock to find someone on the toilet the first time before we became aware that we was sharing. That fact should be made clear on Bookings.com website

The rural setting. The location and quietness of the property. We were in the converted stable block. It was like having a small apartment to yourself, so we had plenty of space. Parking was available, which we appreciated. The green space open opposite was well kept and inviting with enough seating. The shower had plenty of hot water. We had breakfast on a huge round table with other guests, which was a great way to meet people and chat. The breakfast was lovely and good quality. There were plenty of hot and cold options for beverages.

There was nothing that was immediate

Room was great and hosts very friendly and hospitable. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options. Close to Clevelley which hosts recommended we visit - really enjoyed day there but be warned there is an entrance fee. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Nothing we didn't like, but narrow roads to the farm may put some off. We were in a Fiat 500 so no issue for us and should be no issue if you drive carefully.

The welcome from staff member Nicky was really appreciated. She was bubbly, sociable and welcoming. Nick made us coffee upon arrival which was lovely. The general communication between the property owners and myself was excellent throughout. Finally the room was stylishly decorated, well maintained and peaceful. A beautiful location!

The King Size Bed only had 2 Single Duvets on it. My partner and I were hoping for a King Size Duvet to cover it!

The place seemed like it should be Italy or somewhere like that...Rustic yet elegant. We seemed to be the only people about on the night of the (self) check-in tho we had a contact person to call and there were other people on the large property I'm sure. It was mysterious and lovely. It is a horse property as well, where people can board their horses and ride in the nearby countryside. The room was in a converted barn and decorated in a colorful, unusual and tasteful way. The good breakfast was in a lovely dining room of the main house.

The largely unspoiled rural surrounds and still original but well maintained condition of this farm.made an everlasting impression upon us Dutchmen with a lifelong passion for the British countryside and its rural architecture. The owner had clearly done her/his best to give a personal touch to the quite spacious rooms over the former stable yard and the breakfast room inside the main farmhouse adding antique furniture, pictures, upholstery and even interesting book collections.

There were no disappointments really. Our own travel plogramme however became a personal disappointment. It turned out to be too tight to stay longer when we realised that we could spent more days at Hollamoor Farm than the single night we had booked.. It has much to offer if one loves resting and reading after a long day of walking. So we booked another night. Regrettably we did not have enough time to add a third one.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated! The shower pressure I very good! Very good breakfast

The room was clean but it looked like there was a dog in there after it got cleaned? so god hair was pretty much EVERYWHERE! The breakfast is at a table where all the visitors sit on! if you are not a morning person or basically a people person I don’t think you would enjoy it 😅😂 Kettle is shared! there is not individual kettle for each room😔 The farm feels like its a bit out of nowhere

The room was fine and breakfast very good, plenty to enjoy.

Staff/other guests not appreciating that some guests were being woken up by loud talking and laughter early in the morning. The sign indicating the lane leading to the accommodation is too small and not large enough for guests to see, needs better signage.

Caroline and George were very welcoming and approachable. Tea on the lawn with Caroline when we arrived was a treat and it was excellent to discuss all the attractions and activities on the farm and in the local area. Also chatting about preferred restaurants that we could book was very helpful. The history of property and hosts was very visible in the farm house, painting etc of their ancestry. Animals at this delightful B & B were clearly accessible to guests. We were also delighted to receive a gift of Caroline’s book, such and informative read. Thank you

We worried about the “Private” bathroom, however this turned out not to be a problem. Just be aware you may have to share a bathroom with other guests.
