Petra the host couldn't have done anymore and was always happy to help. She has thrown herself into making this B&B a special experience whilst maintaining a Blackpool guesthouse feel. This includes themed rooms, we stayed in Africa the kids in The Kitchen. It wasn't over the top but was a nice touch and made you smile. Breakfast was really good. Full English was great and there was a huge selection of cereals, breads.crumpets, fruit amongst other choices on the table. Fresh tea and coffee was always available. Location is central, 25m from the lifeboat pub, which is a lively place and about 100m from the beach front.

No parking but that is a all over Blackpool right now.

We love everything about The blue moon b&b. We look forward to our stay here every year! Position is amazing, Central to all the attractions. Rooms are beautifully clean, basic but lovely! The owners make you feel so welcome & at home-they honestly can't do enough for you. Breakfast is amazing for the price, the cooked breakfasts are beautiful. WE WOULD NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE NOW WE HAVE FOUND THIS ABSOLUTE GEM OF A PLACE. Looking forward to next year already!!

Absolutely nothing, this is a fantastic b&b. Central, clean with a fantastic breakfast!!

Fantastic B&B. We stayed in twin room-lovely little room with tea tray & kettle facilities. Own bathroom which was spotless. Lovely twin beds & comfy pillows-room was spotless too. Full English breakfast included in our price, breakfast was absolutely lovely & amazing for the price. The lady that greeted us & showed us to our room was lovely & truly couldn't do enough. She was there again at breakfast & nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast room was cozy & welcoming with everything you could need. To top it off the location is fantastic just off the main prom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & we will definitely stay here again. In fact we can't wait to come back!! Amazing price for this lovely B&B. Thank you for our stay!!!

Absolutely nothing... This is a fantastic place

We visit Blackpool 2 or 3 times a year and like to stay near central pier so the blue moon was an ideal location and 2 min walk to the beach I was really pleased that we could check in at 12.30 as most places are 3pm. I was even more impressed when the owner moved his car to enable us to park outside the hotel which saved us on car parking fees. The room was clean and the beds were comfy and there was plenty of plug sockets which was handy. The breakfast was self service of cereals toast and beverages. The hot breakfast was lovely personally I prefer a pot of tea and toast brought to my table.

It would of been useful to have had a full length mirror in the bedroom. The only other negative there was no guest lounge or bar facillities

The staff and the people who run it are fantastic and do an amazing job. Dave who I have spoken to when I stay is the perfect host and very engaging to talk with and he remembered me from before the pandemic and he is always very welcoming and the others who run it with him always check that everything is okay with your breakfast and that you have everything and that your room is okay. It's a very professional personal five star service and the location is perfect for Ardwick pub, beach and tower.

The location was great for us. The room was a good size with a really nice bathroom and the whole place was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was good and a veggie option was not a problem. The hosts were very nice and helpful and we would definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Blackpool

We found the bed a little hard for our personal taste but for someone else it might be their preference, Matching bedroom furniture would have looked nicer but that's a small thing. We did enjoy not seeing artex everywhere

Excellent overnight stay in the friendliest of B n B 's . The hospitality was excellent from Petra and Herman they couldnt have been more helpful in allowing us to leave our bags while we did a charity walk the next day..The room was spotlessly clean with hospitality tray and tv, beds were clean and comfy. Our cooked breakfast was ample , with choices of fruit, cereal, juice, toast, muffins,doughnuts, spreads, tea and coffee I highly recomend this B nB and would have no problem returning.

Nothing ...all was good

Very cheerful, welcoming, friendly and attentive owner. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was immaculately clean and bright with a colourful jungle theme in the room I stayed in. Close to all shows and attractions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Blue Moon again.

I can honestly say that I couldn't find any faults at all.

Petra was a lovely host & very friendly , The breakfast was perfect, the location is 100 metres from the beach down a quiet side street , but just mins from central pier & 7-8 mins from coach station , tower & central shopping district , also it is a 26 second walk to the back entrance of my now favourite pub in blackpool The ardwick a very friendly pub with locals & tourists alike , always a good atmosphere in there & 1.80 a pint need i say more

NOTHING

At such a good price I was surprised it was so nice. The room was more modern than I expected, the bathroom was lovely. The location is ideal, its 3 mins walk from the front, 5 mins and you're at central pier! The guy that welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating. I'd asked for a vegan breakfast and I wasn't sure what I would get for that price. But he'd doubled checked exactly what my requirements were and prepared me a suitable breakfast along with soy milk for my tea and to put on my cereal.
