The accomodation was comfortable and had everything needed and very close to the beach.If you needed anything the hosts were on hand and would go the extra mile. If you wanted to bring back food in the seating area you would be given cutlery and plates ect. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it.

The area had a lot of closed and boarded up shops houses and hotels which is a shame for the Blackpool of old and hope after the lockdowns gets new growth back into the seaside town loved by many.

What a superb traditional Blackpool B and B !! Our stay was amazing from start to finish . Donna and Chris are fabulous hosts , nothing was too much trouble for them . Chris brought our cases up to our rooms for us , great help with my room being on the second floor . I took a fan with me as the weather was hot but the hosts had already thought of this and fans were situated in all rooms . Big thumbs up 👍 Room and bathroom extremely clean . Bed super comfy too .Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a big bottle of water provided each day .Lovely bar and lounge area with drinks available to buy at very reasonable prices . Breakfast was delicious, amazing quality and one of my favourites , fried bread . Guest house close to central pier and easy walking distance to all of the attractions. Upon my return to Blackpool I would definitely book this guest house again , for the price we paid and the service provided , it was excellent value for money !

This guesthouse cannot be faulted. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was super cosy. The location is ideal for all the main sights, the Tower, Pleasure Beach, etc but also far away enough to not be noisy at all. The owners were so friendly and thoughtful as the second morning we had breakfast they had already left out things that we had asked for the previous morning such as a bottle of water and milk for the coffee. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Overall, extremely good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Extremely good value for money. Friendly owners. A bar that is open past 22:00 (not a given in England...). Good starting point for excursions into Blackpool. Delicious English breakfast.

The room was a bit tiny, but I didn't expect a HUGE luxury room for the little money I spent... Same with the choice of breakfast, there's cereal, toast or English breakfast. Couldn't really expect a full buffet on a budget.

Brilliant location for my short walk to the Winter Gardens. Everything I needed was there for a comfortable stay with the addition of a lovely cooked breakfast to start the day. Chris and Donna made me feel more than welcome and I would definitely recommend Shore Stay and will be booking next time I’m here in Blackpool.

on arrival Chris was warm and friendly, he carried my bag up to my room, the room is a good size with en suite. The room was clean, decorated nicely. The property was clean throughout and nicely decorated, for breakfast there was the option to have toast, cereal and a choice of full English breakfast items. breakfast was delicious, tea or coffee and orange juice. The location was close to the beach and has home bargains next door and a premier store as well as cafes, takeaways and other shops. Chris and Ann were great hosts and wonderful friendly people. I would highly recommend a stay at this place and the price was amazing, I am on a low income and went to see family so didn't want to pay a huge amount for somewhere to sleep. Tea and coffee along with a kettle and a fresh bottle of water was in the room.

A hairdryer would have been nice but I managed without. all things considered this is a small issue that is not essential.

We were warmly welcomed by Chris and Donna, when we arrived to the guest house. The place is lovely and clean and well set up. We arrived very early and were very accommodating. Chris told us that we could use the rooms straight away as they were all ready for us,. Which I thought was really nice. We got sorted and came back down for a couple of drinks and a few games of pool in the little bar, which was very nice indeed. We chatted to Chris and Donna for a while and strokes Holly the resident pet, she was lush. The rooms were very clean and well set up for us. The breakfast order was taken when we arrived so they could have it prepared for us the following mornings. I must say the food was delicious and nothing was a problem to either Chris or Donna. Thank you to you both for your hospitality and look forward to seeing you again soon Totally recommend staying here to anyone.

Nothing not to like

Large room size, double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Enough space either side of the bed for ease of movement. Staff are super friendly and great to chat with in an evening, or perfectly distant if that’s what you prefer. We arrived very late due to bad traffic and we’re welcomed as if we were on time. The food is delicious and they even cater to my weird requests of veggie sausage and bacon! Won’t stay anywhere else in Blackpool now!

I liked breakfast the hosts were very pleasant bed very comfortable

The shelf on the wall what has kettle on to close to the bed easily could bang your head on it Shelf in bathroom just needs some more brackets on it to held it up bit loose apart from that we enjoyed it will be back next year

The hotel was very clean and tidy, very welcoming, was a good central location, the rooms had comfy beds great showers and the rooms were big enough for our family, the car park was just a short 5 min walk away which you can park on for long stays, the hotel was very close to a home bargins for essentials. Chris and Donna are fab hosts and we will be staying with them again. The kids loved playing pool and having a play with Holly the dog. Thanks for a fab few days break from reality, and thanks for the best hotel breakfast we have ever had 😋🙂
