Had a lovely stay me and my boyfriend went to see queen's of the stone age and needed a place to stay for the night. The host was very welcoming and showed us to our room. There was another guy with his son who were also going to see the band so she arranged a taxi for us too. The room was really cool I loved the theme and it was very peaceful and comfortable. Our kettle also broke and the host found us another straight away. Overall highly recommend if you need a few nights away 👍🏻

Bradford Digs is very different from staying in a typical Guest House. It is more like staying in somebody's home. Irene is exceptionally friendly, helpful and interactive with guests. It offers good value. On street parking in easy. Decor is something else, an esoteric ethnic taste, and the polar opposite to a bland hotel from a chain. It is a small back to back terraced house, where Irene lives. However I believe if you book on Booking.com you will get a room in the house in front which Irene now owns and I did not view this accommodation. Good choice if you find being alone in hotels is unpleasant.

I really like the house, but it will not be to everybody's tastes. It is a couple of miles from the centre but close to buses. Irene has a small friendly sweet dog which cannot be isolated from guests due to the small size.

The house was clean and cozy 😌 I was feeling exactly like home. Definitely we will come back

Free toast, coffee etc and offer of a cooked breakfast for a small extra charge. use of fridge. Also cooking facilities if you wanted to cater for yourself.

The location is convenient. But it is in an area that some would find less than congenial. Handy for shops, including a large 24 hour Tesco with plenty of takeaway options locally.

Bradford digs is a two bedroom house which has enough space for a family. We had enough beds (1double bed, 1 single bed and 2 sofa beds which were really sofa beds) and storage areas. The living room is well equipped with 2 sofas and TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix. The kitchen is excellent with stove, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, cafetiere and kettle. A very calm neighbourhood and parking is always available. It is near to shops like tesco, matalan, Morrison, post office and many restaurants and off-licence around. The owner paid attention to details and gave all the information that is needed. I highly recommend this house for singles and families.

Great host, made me feel welcomes from the time I walked in. Room was great, bed was comfortable, there were plenty of tea and coffee options in the room. Owner has a dog but the night was quiet and no noise whatsoever, so had a comfortable sleep. I highly recommend and so booked again for my next visit, good to support our community. The host is a an amazing lady.

It was great to have the whole house to ourselves, and my son particularly liked the access to Netflix. The kitchen was well equipped and everything felt very homely. The Trivial Pursuit game was an added unexpected bonus, and the proximity to the local parkrun was very convenient.

Nothing significant, but if I had to find something, I'd say the main lights in the bedrooms were a bit dim. There were big lamps as well though, so it wasn't a problem.

Good contact over phone. Freindly lady. Good size room clean. Use of bathroom and kitchen. Plus owner went away with her 2 dogs so we and our dog could have the whole house and enclosed garden. Close to a lovely park. Neighbour's freindly and kids came out to meet poppy.

Some lights were very dim in rooms. Not keen on area .but partner went out and said people freindly..

Lovely homely accommodation, the landlady was very interesting and helpful. Felt very welcome. Enjoyed meeting Elsa the pooch as well. Insanely comfy bed, large room, plenty of facilities, decent coffee, great shower. Very nicely decorated too - with every part of the house a testament to the joy of travel. Thankyou Irene!

nothing bad to say, loved it

I liked the property, and the arrangement allowed me freedom to use the kitchen etc. without hinderance though I stayed in my room mostly. I think 'Netflix' had something to do with that. The owner is interesting and wonderfully helpful. Her house has character, the decor reflecting a life of travel to 'colourful' places. a good feel!
