local to where we needed it to be. bed was comfortable

disabled room was a long way from reception, doesn’t make sense to have that type of room so far away for the less able bodied. Room was far too hot no toilet roll in the bathroom ! lift not working

Staff very friendly. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. I had an evening meal in the bar which was good and reasonably priced. Nice setting with a little garden area and outside seating. Location good.

I would have liked to sit down at Breakfast first and look at the menu whereas the waitress asked me what I wanted before I had even been seated. When I had looked at the menu I subsequently tracked her down to make some amendments. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly. Just the one on the Friday morning at breakfast was not at all welcoming and I felt a bit of an inconvenience. Possible difficult access to the rooms with cases due to location of lift which is to one end of the hotel. Also old building so some small series of steps to navigate. The hotel is an old building so it has that old musty feel about it. Unusual not to have a fridge in the room which would have been useful.

The cost was brilliant for what you get. The car park was vast and good and the grounds were lovely and the building had a beautiful staircase to go up to the rooms, The breakfast was really nice and great value and the girl serving was really friendly and pleasant. I thought the total package for what you pay was exceptional and we will definatly be a returning customer.

Due to the cost I feel the place is understaffed. When we got there, there was no one to check us in for a good 10 minutes. The other fault is that I did not think the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly from the toilets to the tea cups. We were only staying for 2 nights and it was not a great issue. When you way up the minor faults they were irellevent due to the great value for money we had.

Location, quiet even though close to main roads, great to be able to grab a meal as we checked in later (though itemised bill would have helped breakdown the costs), staff very accommodating of request for additional towels, comfortable and just right for our needs. Breakfast choice was really good for fruit and nut options and liked the reduced waste packaging using large jars of jam and chunks of butter.

Decor and en-suite fittings a bit dated, shower head and extraction fan could have been cleaner, kept treading on tiny beads and diamanté from a previous occupant!

Lovely old building very clean. Staff helpful and pleasant. Well placed for visit to Saltaire which is the reason we were there, plenty of car parking places.

The room was quite cold, strangely no heating of any kind in the bathroom. Had to put something along the bottom of the room door and the bathroom door to stop cold air. Needs a bit of a spruce up.

The bed was extremely comfortable the breakfast was excellent and the young lady running the breakfast restaurant was very professional, all in all it was a an enjoyable stay well done.

The hotel could do with a refresh as it is a little dated they really could do to upgrade the entrance as the carpet is extremely grubby it's the first thing I saw when entering the hotel, the card reading door locks are a pain had to ask another guest how to operate it but it might be that I'm a bit of a nupty.

My room was excellent. Even contained iron and trouser press. Comfortable bed. The food was first class: the best salmon dish I have had in years, including France, and the best and biggest cooked breakfast imaginable. The staff were unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

I would have give this hotel a top rating were it not for the pervasive loud "music" everywhere, which seems impossible to turn down. It's a matter of taste, of course, but I did not appreciate being screamed at (i.e. the "music") particularly over breakfast.

I turned up late in the evening after travelling from London. My booking was not showing on the system until I was made aware I had booked for November not October. I actually thought I cant be so stupid. Absolutely suprised the gentleman on the desk helped tiredlessly with aa much help as possible, As we had booked on a third party site changing dates was not so simple. The chap managed to change the dates at no extra cost and offered us an upgraded room as that was the room available for the night. I was truly amazed at the hospitality as if we were in London we would have be told to comeback next month or book a new reservation. I will most definetly be stopping over again and this time I will ensure I have booked the right date. Once again thank you very much for all your help & making our stay possible. I still honestly cannot believe how helpful the chap at reception was.

Good location for us to attend and event in nearby Haworth Staff very welcoming and trying hard to ensure we had everything we needed Lovely deep long bath was a joy in the morning Good evening meal, breakfast was good. What we expected for a three star hotel, it could make four star with a bit of investment and love

Mushrooms at breakfast tasted like tinned, I would recommend a switch over to fresh if you can, pillows were a bit firm for me and my wife, no idea if a softer option was available

Great location and a lovely place with staff who try and do there best. We didn’t have the best of starts due to issues outside the control of the staff on shift. However, Michael at the front desk went over and beyond what you could have expect from a member of staff/Management. He resolved the issue quickly giving us exception additions for the inconvenience and I’d say he’s credit to your company and thank you again 👍

only downside is the rooms are abit dated especially the bathrooms - so much potential but for the price - good value for money I guess
