Staff friendly and helpful Family room very spacious

The first baby travel cot they gave is was broken, and dangerous. The mattress thing in the bottom had a panel missing. Another one with half a panel missing and another with the panel snapped in half and sharp. This should never have been given to us as was extremely dangerous. However, I told the memeber of staff he was mortified and changed it immediately and binned the other so it could never been used again. He came up with a new mattress thing and set it all up for us. He was very friendly and doting on our baby, he told us he had a baby himself who was 6 months old. You could tell he was a dad by the eat he dealt with the whole situation.

I was surprised how nice the entrance was, the room was basic but had everything we needed. Liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. The food was really good in the restaurant we had dinner and was pleasantly surprised. All the staff were super helpful. I loved the security feature that you had to use your door key to enter the hall before going into the room I haven’t seen this feature before so thought it was great

I didn’t dislike the hotel at all, I notice a couple bits missed by the cleaners but for the most of it it was clean. Would have liked more tea/coffee/milk but when asking reception they did provide us with more

Lovely reception by staff, Maria was very nice and made us feel so at home when we ate in the restaurant, food was really good and well presented, and about the price I would expect to pay, all kitchen staff fabulous. Breakfast was really good, they had everything we needed. Entrance was secure and clean. Location was perfect for our needs, we went for the Bradford Cannon Mills Market and it was 13 minutes away as where the other shops we intended to go to. Room was comfortable and quiet and we stayed in the family area, so that's saying something. Overall for the money I paid was excellent value.

On entering the room there was a musky smell, the carpets could do with a big steam clean, also even though the sofa bed was for the children it was very thin and a bit uncomfortable, a extra mattress on top would of been perfect. Saying that I have already booked to go again.

This is the second visit to this hotel as it's so near the places I needed to visit, it's in an ideal location, there's a free car park and the entrance is clean and tidy, staff are amazing and always there to help, the restaurant has good opening hours and the food is really very good, breakfast has every thing you need. This is the only hotel I would stay if I go to Bradford again.

The two main concerns I had during both my stage was the condition of the carpets in the rooms, they really need sorting out i.e a good steam clean or new carpeting, also the sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable even for the children, maybe a thin lighter mattress on top would do.

you get what you pay… cheap budget hotel, but very good location direct beneath the highway, perfect car park facility included, good breakfast with warm scrambled eggs, sausage etc., croissants and different kind of bread, cereals, fresh made fruit salad etc. Room was a two bed room, tv and wlan ok. Room and bathroom clean, towels etc. on place. Its not the Hilton standard, but recommendable. Ask for rooms towards the parking area, the opposite side of highway, I think it’s quieter. I had one :) so possible to open the window during sleeping. Very kind staff, people helpful and attentive, asking also during meal for your convenience. Restaurant menu ok, some choices, and quality was good, salad sauce needs some attention and should be updated.. remember, you are not at the Hilton :) I spent two days there, will come again for sure.

The restaurant and the bar could benefit from an update ( furniture) looks a bit to much canteen style. Some work for renovations will start in February 2023, so perhaps some changes are coming for that…

It is always very clean. this is my 2nd time staying at this Hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff. It is the first hotel I have stayed in for a long time where they make the beds properly. The bottom sheets fit! They use Hospital corners. This might be a small thing to some but I stay in a lot of hotels 1-6* and a bed where the sheets don’t flap about makes for a good nights rest.

Nothing. The hotel is exactly as described. It is clean, tidy and has a great breakfast.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was superb. BUT Whilst we were there a large party of pensioners were staying. My wife and I are pensioners and lots of pensioners need bran as part of their daily routine. My wife needs it because of a medical condition. She normally brings her own but forgot. There was none and so I asked the lady. She went away and came back saying "sorry we don't do that". We happened to be sitting next to the cereal counter and at least 5 people came up and commented "oh no bran, that's not good".

It has a lovely reception area, bar and restaurant area. the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was a full choice of fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese, bread, toast, full english breakfast, tea and coffee. It was all very nice. There was also plenty of staff cleaning, tidying and helping people. The room was a bit odd in the fact that the entrance area where you can hang your clothes (lots of hangers), shelves and space for the suitcase, was painted bright, nearly neon green, very random. when you went through the next door into the room it was tastefully decorated in pale colours with a lovely bathroom, black out curtains, kettle, coffee, tea, milk etc… The heating in the room was extremely good and at the touch of a button, I believe it also has AC but I was there this winter so i needed the heating. oh and the water is hot and plentiful, no fluctuations and it has a gorgeous deep bath. Lots of petrol stations, supermarkets very near by and you are 5 mins onto the motorway.

It doesn’t look the most amazing, I think it is a 70s build but the inside more than makes up for it. The only thing I wasn’t keen on is the area as it is right in the middle of an industrial estate. Although in saying that you are very quickly back on the motorway to visit nearby towns or you are minutes away from the main road to Bradford.

The staff, all were friendly and helpful. Room bright, clean and spacious. The facilities were excellent. Hotel inside crisp and modern but still very comfortable. Parking was free and plentiful. Most of menu choices nice and value for money. Lovely lawned area with outside seating next to dining area.

Appearance at front offputting, very grey bland and a little scruffy. Surroundings at front gaunt in the middle of an Industrial estate. The only real designated vegetarian meal not available offerred fish as an alternative! Poor knowledge on Chefs behalf made do with a jacket spud, , disappointing.

Receiving a demand of a fine for parking when had parked in recognised slot and registered car registration with reception. This was rectified by a telephone call to reception who cancelled the fine with the company involved, confirmed this by email and later an email from the company concerned. However this has put me off from ever booking with your hotel in the future. The company who own the rights to the parking need to revise their procedures so this error does not occur. I understand that it is and has been a reasonably frequent occurance.
