Lovely clean, spacious room with a nice welcome basket. Bed and pillows were ridiculously comfortable, I had an excellent nights' sleep.

The building smelt slightly of drains but it wasn't overpowering. It would have been nice to have a bath towel rather than just a hand towel.

Very nicely decorated studio with everything we needed.Great location in Clifton with good choice of restaurants very close by.

Check in online required passport or driving license details which I didn't have as was a last minute booking.Had to phone to explain this so was sent the various codes to enter the building but not one for the parking so this created confusion when we got to the accommodation.Website should state you are required to check in online and what will be required to do so and explain a code to the car parking is only supplied if specifically requested.

I thought the location of the apartment was excellent and the room was cosy and clean.

Unfortunately we could not get into the room easily with the high tech access via the phone. The Smart phone (Apple IPhone) did not have a signal in the building, so we could not get access straight away on the first night (Thurs). Thank god our son was with us to give us his hot spot and we finally got into the apartment. Unfortunately the next evening (Friday) in the early hours of Saturday morning, we couldn't get the app to work despite loads of attempts and removing the app and downloading it again. We had to go back to our sons flat and sleep on the couch! Not something I relish at 60!

Great location, nice spacious studio. The bathroom was amazing! Excellent shower! They provided the additional bedding and arranged the beds into twin beds as we requested. The entry was really secure and I liked the ability to leave the key in a secure location so we weren't risking losing it whilst out and about. The whole building was really clean and well maintained. Also quiet! We didn't hear anything from the surrounding apartments!

It wasn't really an issue but the sofa bed was a tad uncomfortable. It would probably be fine for most but I have a bad back so we opted to use the air bed we brought with us instead!

Requested room on higher floor - got one on the top floor (4th) which was lovely. It was quiet, clean, nicely decorated, not cramped, great little kitchen. Bed supremely comfortable - I had two amazing night's sleep! Location perfect for me (heart of Clifton) and useful late-opening convenience store seconds away. Entry system seems pretty secure. Parking pretty easy on nearby meters and not expensive (also it's mostly free from Sat6pm -Mon9am) I like that there is a communal workspace and a laundry even though I didn't need to use either on this occasion.

The wi-fi didn't work all day Sunday or Monday morning before I left. I appreciated the swift response to my message but unfortunately no resolution - apparently an issue with the whole building

I liked that it was so clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed in the apartment, it was extremely quiet outside for such a busy place! We had various shops near our apartment aswel it was just so lovely and cosy! We were right near the observatory where our friends had there wedding so was all within walking distance, buses and taxis were also amazingly easy to access if you needed to get into any other part of Bristol

I think there was a fault in the fire alarms, because the one in our room went off a couple of times an I did get a bit of a fright! but really apart from that we can't say what we didn't like because there really wasn't anything that we didn't like,

Lovely and quiet, and a really stylish room. It had a very comfy bed and was a good sized room for the price. Although we didn’t use the kitchen there was plenty of amenities and good quality tea and coffee provided. If you book direct via their website, the hotel will provide free parking and you can arrange early or late check out too. The staff are very responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay again.

The bathroom had a very strong drain / damp smell and the whole apartment was also quite dusty. The holding deposit was a little expensive compared to the room rate but we got this back promptly.

So convenient and we'll kitted out for a weekend break or longer. Very impressed with kitchen equipment available.

Car parking was tricky, with not being able to reserve a space so arrived the first night and had to find elsewhere to park which wasn't ideal. Although told first come first serve, it seemed it was residential parking for local flats or something also as some cars didn't move.

Apartment was big enough for the price. Happy to stay there for one or two nights but probably not any longer. Car park was easy to find and spaces were available. Very good value considering we booked quite close to our stay. Handy key boxes next to each apartment. Good communication from the company.

Car park was very tight. Apartments were super hot, couldn't work out how to turn down/off the heating. Large deposit required which we were not aware of until after we had reserved and paid for on here.

It was available at very short notice, the shower was fantastic and had all the requirements of a home from home. There were some issues before and after booking but they were resolved very quickly, very efficiently and in a wonderfully friendly manner.

It seems top floors in summer months, certainly in the temperatures lately, air conditioning/fans might be an idea to further improve the stay.
