Beautiful location - central as can be without an expensive boutique hotel (closer to the center than the Hilton that we walked past). Staff was accommodating and clear - lovely bathroom (shared) facilities. A little 'Dormy' but bedsheets were clean and room was comfortable and enough room. TV didn't work but its not what you go on holiday for is it? Bar downstairs is incredible... and you are 2 mins walk from the absolute center. Really, really good value.

The building was a bit labyrinthian and I think its not been repurposed as accommodation for long. The walk up to the rooms you get the (wrong) sense that the place is a bit dirty and run down. Its just the corridors probably needs new carpets and a lick of paint. By thetas the only thing we could think of at all.

Very centrally located, great host and it had what was needed.

There was nothing I didn’t like having in mind the hotel’s level. Maybe it is a bit pricier than I would have otherwise paid under other circumstances, but to be as close to everything as I had been, it was worth the money I believe. Maybe the only minus I would have given to this place is that in the bathroom you have to press a button all the time while taking a shower. It is not a constant flow of water but for a few seconds and then again you have to press again and again until you’ve had your shower.

The location was great. Near bus stops for park n ride, Wetherspoon's & cinema next door, Sainsbury's across the rd if u needed anything and shops etc are literally a couple of mins walk away. Steven was great, let us in when we got there and held our bags after check out so we could shop more before heading home. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. There was one bathroom for our floor which had a nice bath, shower n loo. (Modern and clean). There is another loo downstairs if someone's in the main bathroom.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the noise from the bar below but you are pre-warned about this in the details before booking... so we took ear plugs. The volume is fine until about 22.30 but after that say goodbye to watching TV or sleeping....unless u have ear plugs. If u have ear plugs like us, you'll be just fine.

Brilliant position, friendly member of staff and a comfortable bed and night. A shared bathroom but very clean and no issue at all.

Strangely where were no batteries in the TV remote. I'm sure this could've been remedied but it wasn't all that important so we didn't bother. No kettle in the room either. Also, there should've possibly been indication in the keypad outside that it was for the accommodation. It was a bit of a maze inside though, though an intriguing setup so no real issue.

Well located in the City centre, right opposite the beautiful Emmanuel College where I was attending a reunion. Principally a bar, opening around 4pm, I was able to enjoy a delightful pre-bedtime drink or two in pleasant surroundings with welcoming service. My room upstairs was scrupulously clean and comfortable. Fairly basic decor, but supplying all my needs. There was TV. Shared shower and bathroom and shower, well appointed and clean. I slept excellently with the window open. Traffic noise from the main street was not annoyingly obtrusive in the morning.

Check-in time was after 4pm and when I arrived shortly after midday I found a place which looked closed down and empty!! However a helpful manager from a neighbouring restaurant assured me that the bar and rooms were operating, but later!! Not a great inconvenience.

Excellent location (especially for the Corn Exchange). Excellent price (compared to most other places in the area). Friendly and welcoming and a nice clean room. Shared bathroom but it was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again.

For what I paid, I don't expect too much really. If I had to request something, it would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Nothing major or fancy, but a kettle, mugs and teabags was very much needed.

This was a cozy small accommodation in central Cambridge. The beds were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. The staff was exceedingly helpful and accommodating.

We understood that it was upstairs quarters, so this is not a criticism, but follow the directions that they send you because there are a lot of nooks and crannies.

Location was perfect. Check in was easy and host was helpful and polite. The room was basic but totally reflected in the price.

It said tea and coffee making facilities but not sure where they were. Not the end of the world though, there’s a ‘spoons nextdoor!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the shared bathroom facilities were really clean and modern.

We were drinking in the bar so the music wasn't an issue for us, but if you were staying here and not enjoying the downstairs facilities it could be an issue
