Rosa's Bed and Breakfast

An ideal cosy room for a short break in Cambridge. I was only staying one night so Rosa's place was perfect for me. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed. A great hot shower, comfortable bed, and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was incredible - fruit, cereals, full English breakfast. Rosa is lovely and we had a wonderful conversation during breakfast!

I'm being picky but when I arrived the room had quite a strong aroma of either cleaning products or air freshener type products. It wasn't too bad but it was quite overpowering. It was gone by the morning.

My stay at Rosa's Bed & Breakfast was great! My single room was a cozy tiny house in the garden, it was very quiet and relaxing, in the morning when you wake up you can hear the birds chirping. Everything was very clean and lovingly prepared. Rosa turned on the heating in the evening sometime before I came back to the accommodation, so it was nice and warm when I arrived. The breakfast was just fantastic! From a huge plate of fresh fruit to traditional English Breakfast, yogurt, and juice, there was everything your heart desires and much more! I can really recommend Rosa's accommodation. Rosa herself was very nice and accommodating and was happy to chat with me. Thank you for everything, Rosa!

The wifi did not work, but I could use my mobile data, so I was fine with that.

Host / Rosa was a lovely person and done a great breakfast, Im a chatty easy going person and Rosa was right up my street, loved Oscar the dog (although he wasn't allowed into the kitchen area) I petted him like my own dog when and where possible :-) Great friendly place to stay ! Such an open Question, "What didn't you like" I could answer with " there was no Jacuzzi or Spa" or perhaps " No Caviar or even Bucks Fizz on arrival" that is price dependent and for the price I payed for one night it was well worth the comfy Bed, the great friendly Host and the tasty Brekky!

All the priorities had been considered even though the room is compact ie heating, comfortable bed, hot shower, coffee machine and it was very quiet overnight. Lovely host and super breakfast. My stay was ideal for work and I enjoyed chatting to Rosa in the morning (though I’m sure she’d leave you in peace if you were the quiet type!) Plenty of food options nearby. Spot on!

Nothing to complain about!

Lovely little annex on the side of a private home, very comfortable single room with private bathroom on the edge of Cambridge so great for transit to Stansted airport or passing through the area. Parking available and a full English breakfast, Rosa was very friendly and I highly recommend staying here.

Rosa was really helpful and welcoming. She provided an excellent breakfast, much better than the last few expensive hotels I'd stayed in! I don't like traditional English breakfast. Instead she produced a lovely fresh fruit platter with melon, berries, orange and kiwi fruits. Poached eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. Juice, Yoghurt and toast etc. I liked being in the annex in the garden, beautifully done, spotlessly clean. Thankyou.

I can't think of anything!

I was made very comfortable with lots of little extras to make me feel welcome. The fresh fruit salad and cooked breakfast were delicious. There is an excellent bus service into Cambridge just a few minutes walk from the B&B. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Cambridge for another visit.

Everything was fine, no problem at all. Very nice area, a quiet location and a friendly host. I just spent 1 night there so it was a very short stay in fact.

A long distance from the city centre, which means you need your car to go to Cambridge and parking is quite expensive inside the city. I don't know whether there is a good connection by bus as I only spent 1 night there.

Very nice host, great breakfast! The room was small but comfortable. As the B&B is a bit far out of the town to reach on foot and the busses don't run much in the evenings, renting a bike was the solution for me.

The room in the garden was small but comfortable and clean and I enjoyed the birdsong in the morning. Rosa was a pleasant host and laid on a really good breakfast - lots of fresh fruit and a full English with some top class sausages.

The location on the edge of Cambridge is a bit out of the way if you don't have a car. But you do get peace and quiet!
