Location was great. The room and lodgings were clean and tidy. The pub downstairs was a good, traditional sports pub - with an extensive beer garden and parking to rear.

Nothing, given the Covid situation. I felt safe, secure, the place was tidy and well maintained. Portable mini-fridge could have been colder. Otherwise the cereals, juice and milk/tea making facilities in the room were very welcome.

Cereals, orange juice and milk provided in fridge. A kettle and tea bags with cups so that was all fine. I had expected it might be noisy being over the pub but when I returned late evening all was in darkness and quiet so I had a very good night's sleep. Note this was a Thurs - Sat evening would be different as live music and bar to 2am. Location very central.

Not much really - one other review said the beds were quite hard but I need a firm bed so ideal for me. Initial reception on arrival was a little bit lukewarm although friendly enough on handing in the keys the next morning.

Convenient location in central Fakenham, free on site parking a plus. Very friendly welcome. Choice of cereals in room, with milk and orange juice in mini-fridge. Although sharing a bathroom/toilet, there was also a separate second toilet. Both were very clean, and the shower was good.

I didn't sleep well because I found the bed too hard, but others may find it fine, so this isn't a criticism of the room. A mirror in the room would have been really helpful.

Very convenient for town and a great price for a solo traveller. A small cereal breakfast.

The bar TV could be heard from the room. I was out most of the evening so it wasn't an issue and it stopped at 11:00 pm. (weekday). The bathroom was a bit away from the room.

Location, walking distance from the main bus stop, there's a big Tesco nearby, a lot of small shops & places to eat Bed was comfortable enough Milk, orange juice, cereals, coffee/tea were provided Staff cleaned the room daily

Nothing really, perhaps a mirror in the room would be a plus :-)

Good location and easy to find. The woman who showed me the room was really nice and even though I was only there for a short time, I felt welcome. Comfy bed, stocked fridge and powerful shower.

A couple of snaggs - I wasn't told where to leave my key as I was leaving at 7am the next day so I took a big gamble and left them on the bed. It would have been nice to have been told what to do with them. Another thing was that my room window was opposite the car park and there was lots of movement in the hallway and outside around 1-3am so it was a little bit difficult to sleep.

Clean and VERY good value. Simple breakfast provided in the room. Shared bathroom was clean, with a good shower...

Saturday night was very noisy until late, Sunday night was much quieter.

Although its self catering, I was left tea, coffee and milk and cereal. The landlady was really helpful and accomodating. Parking was 10 steps away from the front door.

Location was perfect only 20 minutes from the wedding I was attending. Staff and locals very welcoming. Pub was good, pool table, big tvs good beer selection.
