I stayed in the natural history room and it was more than I was expecting. The door is kind of hidden that makes you feel like you are staying a room that was even more special but having the outside area just made it fantastic. I booked a massage and to say I could not recommend more be able to have it with the one with the patio doors open and in the full fresh air would be an understatement.

I pre-booked my evening meal in the property stating I was vegan and I there was only one option on the menu which is fine but to have it state it is with a honey dressing was a bit disappointing and I was not offered any alternative. There was also no set vegan option stated for my for may breakfast but I was able to just ask for things to be left off from the veggie option and was asked if I would like any substitutions. Even with this being said I did enjoy all the food that I had.

very quirky place, if you love antique shopping this is the place. everything is for sale. rooms nice and clean. in a lovely village.

didn’t realise you needed a breakfast order in for every day. we didn’t get one for last morning so when we went in breakfast room we were just ignored for 10 mins. so ended up going home hungry, 2 hour drive. no bubbles for the bath as it’s all attached to the walls in bathroom but bath is at bottom of bed. not sure anyone is insight over night as a couple in the room bellow us were yelling and shouting after 10.30pm Sunday night and we could hear them from the carpark outside.

We stayed in the Natural History room with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, beautiful sheets and super pillows made for wonderful nights rest. The room had plenty of sockets to charge mobiles, iPads & Iwatch, the rooms hairdryer was super powerful. There was a lovely private terrace on opening the bifold doors to sit out on, secluded from the rest of the world. The bathroom had a comfortable large bath, generous shower and super luxurious towels. The breakfast was outstanding, I had the veggie full and hubby had the full English, we both had coffee which was a great cup. The Dial with it’s quirkiness and eclectic mix of styles makes it a fabulous place to stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. If one could add an optional stronger light in the bathroom or a magnifying mirror, that would make The Dial 10*++

What a beautiful place. Interesting decor, beautiful bathrooms, great showers, nice smellies. Staff were fantastic - very personable (petite lady from Norwich, I am looking at you ;) and nothing was too much trouble. Really good about our dog - the room had a bed ready for him plus food and water bowls. Don't use the parking directly in front of the hotel unless you plan to be out by 9.30am; there is ample free parking less than a minute away in the town carpark. (Go down the alley next to the butcher.) Interesting little town with a market, chemist, supermarkets and a great florist. Lovely delis. All the essentials there, including a weekly(?) craft market in the library. Very quiet and peaceful place, though. Fantastic country walks nearby - Marriot's Way was brilliant and other dog walkers were very helpful about indicating how to do a loop rather than there and back.

Being super picky only (it really was fab), where rooms had a bath in the bedroom, a second bathmat would have been useful. I would have preferred a door that could be left off the latch, or two keys per room, as I was constantly worrying about locking myself out. Breakfast was brilliant for a continental breakfast, and nicely prepped us for the day, but I wish I had realised it wouldn't be a cooked breakfast, as we had been looking forward to the cooked breakfast and assumed it would be there. Would have been nice to have a choice of herbal teas, not just peppermint. This stuff is all easily fixable, and who knows, maybe by the time you book it won't even be a thing? Great biscuits, though, and the home made granola is incredible.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We stayed in The Print Room, and I have to say that this is one of the most charismatic venues that I've stopped in for a long time. So much character and quirkiness. The staff were amazing at both check-in and at breakfast, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast order was placed the night before, and freshly cooked when we went down to the restaurant. Free parking within 200 yards walk of the hotel which was very convenient. The pub opposite (Kings Arms) served fantastic food, and again were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely open fire, friendly staff and a smilew when you walked in, and also dog-friendly. We shall 100% be returning to stop in one of the other rooms!!

Couldn't fault it. No bugbears here!

The rooms are themed. Quirky and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and did a great job. The food was very good and tasty. The diall House is very comfortable and has a quirkyness. Would definitely recommend a stay here. We have stayed twice and would come and stay again. Reepham is a lovely little village and not far from Norwich and North Norfolk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Could have done with more tea bags with the refreshments we had in our room. Had changed the breakfast from a full English to a buffet on the menu. Apparently only temporarily for January and February. Breakfast very tasty.

We could not fault the beautiful characterful room & all facilities exceeded our expectations. The hotel is really well situated in a pretty marketplace with easy parking. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good.

We originally booked an alternative room which was given to somebody else. We experienced an hours wait between our starter & main course at dinner & we got locked out of the hotel at 22:15 after visiting the lovely Kings Arms. This was due to the hotel forgetting to provide us with an additional key. With the support of the Kings Arms we did get back to our room!

The breakfast was everything it should be, but one can't always gauge one's appetite the night before. The room was magnificent and had everything one needed. Reepham was a charming little town with two good pubs. It was also well placed for visiting North Norfolk. The local car park was a short stroll away and was free.

It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed the first three nights of our stay. (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) The first two nights coincided with the closure of the pub opposite, which also had an excellent restaurant. Thank goodness the second pub which was about a 10 minute walk, was open all three days.

Perfect mini break! Every staff member was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the building, food and brilliant art pieces that were for sale throughout. The room was large, clean and comfortable with both a waterfall shower and even a roll top bath at the end of the bed. We stayed in the Africa room which we would highly recommend. Dinner was excellent. A stripped back, seasonal menu showcasing the great local produce Norfolk has to offer. We look forward to staying again and trying out a different themed room.

Nothing we didn't like.

Situated in the centre of town with parking outside (free at certain times), it was great for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Our room - The Orient Room - was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed, a large and lovely bathroom and all the amenties you would expect. This room faces out onto the market square and overlooks the outside seating area. We liked the interesting decor throughout and the fact that it is a dog friendly hotel.

A bit noisy outside during the day if like us, you're not an early riser and like to sleep with the windows open, but there are shutters which no doubrt sort this out. despite this, we slept well.
