The breakfasts were all excellent, could not have been better. Our room was lovely, although in hindsight, we should have asked for a room with shower facilities, and not just a bath. The hotel is immaculately presented throughout, and exceptionally clean. The location is prefect, for the beach or a stroll, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Can't honestly find anything to dislike.

Breakfasts were superb in terms of taste and quality. Lovely white china and real napkins. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Biscuits and two bottles of water on our welcome tray was very nice. Enjoyed the bar in the garden. Decor of the hotel was lovely.

Would have liked to be able to serve self with cereal to start, instead of it being served at table. Television had a limited number of channels - no channel 4 or 5, which was strange. Our room was overlooked by next door neighbours so we had to keep the curtains almost closed; a blind would have been better at the window. It would have been nice if the towel rail could have been heated independently as the towels never quite dried out from morning showers.

We liked the standard of cleanliness could not fault it. The breakfast menu was varied and what we chose was delicious and well cooked/presented. All food was hot and hot drinks were spot on! We loved the decor. Very happy to receive complementary water in room, very useful. Location was perfect, close enough to the sea and stations.

Would have been nice if the person on reception introduced themselves and gave a warmer welcome. But we had everything we needed (apart from decaff tea)! Not keen on pre-opened biscuits in a tin so didn't try these. Although we appreciate the effort to reduce plastic/paper waste.

The property was an interesting Arts and Crafts design. The interior decoration was to a high standard and it was very comfortable. The location was good.

Our very large bedroom suite had three outside walls. This April was cold and the temperature inside the room regularly hit 16C. We found this cold. With the heating on it got to 21C. This was our only niggle.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was quite small but lovely. The bed was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location for walking everywhere. The food is excellent and the staff are brilliant especially Sophie who was so attentive all weekend. We had a great time for my birthday weekend.

There was nothing to fault.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious clean and decor was lovely. The food was fresh and would class as fine dining, so much more than expected. Definitely rate the hotel above 5* Would recommend anyone to stay at Burlington Berties or even eat there as it was one of the most relaxing hotels have been to.

There is nothing to dislike

Had couple of days stay,excellent location,stayed before when it had previous owner yet again was excellent stay.a beautiful house immaculate ,excellent host's fantastic breakfast choices. Gardens lovely.would definitely recommend. Thankyou for lovely couple of days at your lovely house.

From the moment we arrived we could tell it was going to be a good stay. Check-in was relaxed and a friendly welcome. Room was large, clean, and fantastic decor and a good temperature. Breakfast was high quality. All team members friendly and upbeat. If ever back in sheringham will certainly be staying here. Excellent location for centre and beach.

Superb breakfast. Excellent choice , lovely ambience and China cups .Bed and pillows comfortable. Lovely shower. Staff friendly and efficient.

A stool under the dressing table would have made drying hair easier as the lead only just reached and I had to stoop. Also a full length mirror would have been a nice addition. Also in the room welcome pack it would have been useful to know the way to the beach . We walked through town and it was only around the corner. We discovered it on our last day x

Breakfast included and was superb, lots of cereals and/or cooked breakfast available, also tea / coffee, juice, toast. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and quiet area meant we slept well. We had the smallest room in the hotel, but had everything we needed. Facilities for making tea or coffee in the room. Everything in the hotel,was spotlessly clean, fresh and smart. Excellent location, only a short walk to the beach, shops and railway station.

There wasn't anything we disliked!
