We were the first guests at this new property. What a lovely place. The rooms are beautiful, very tastefully decorated. Great super king beds with super bedding. State of the art coffee maker with a wide selection of coffees. Radio, large TV and an all important fan as it was a very hot night! Great shower and gorgeous toiletries. The location is perfect if you are boating which we were the next day but also good if you want to be near the attractions, museums etc. Has its own restaurant opposite called The Creek. Great service and food in a superb setting. Al, the staff were so nice and helpful. We will be back.

These are new rooms right in the marina. The rooms are very well equipped and equipped. Stunning design and quality of bedroom furniture. The room has a coffee machine with lots of coffee, cocoa and lots of water

The audibility in the room is higher than the average, but guests are offered high-quality earplugs, which helps a lot. The staff, however, is very slow and not friendly. The restaurant is especially sad. They just don't notice you, they carry food for a very long time. They don't even want to talk about settling in ahead of time, it's such an embarrassment that they don't want to work there at all. It can be seen that Marina's management has invested a lot of money and love in this project. But the staff can ruin it all.

Great room lovely food hospitality good

Coffee machine requires attention would not dispence hot water for morning brew and could not get tv channels on for some reason .we did report the issue but staff extreamely busy .the food and dining experiance was good over looking the Marina a very attractive place to stay

The room was excellent. Very clean, a good size with an lovely bathroom. There were some nice touches - the coffee machine, bottled water and ear plugs being our favourites. The location, in the middle of a harbour, was very quiet even though it was very windy. Options for food were interesting. We ate at the Light Boat and had a memorable meal.

I couldn't work out how to use the tv very well and the WiFi was weak.

This Is an absolute Gem of a hotel! The restaurant, menu and 'specials' were absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, very well laid out. The shower was brilliant, the toiletries were superb. All very positive! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

If I had one 'grey area' it would be the breakfast which was in addition to the room rate and a little on the 'expensive' side.

Comfortable, self contained, had everything I needed and more! All the finishing touches exceeded my expectations and the staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming! And the bed! Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. I will definitely be back to stay again!

Fabulous hidden gem run by the nicest people. Superb location overlooking the large marina with excellent rooms and great food & drink. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the south coast.

Parking is free but a short walk from reception on the opposite side of the road, but they have no space nearer and it’s a very minor downside to the location.

We booked dinner in the restaurant. The service was very good, I asked if I couldn't have a starter for my main as I can't eat very much due to an operation. And they were very willing to do so they even brought it up with my husbands main.

Peaceful location with easy access to marina and town centre. Stunning views from the local restaurants and nice walks around the marina.

Room was very hot, a fan provided but upper floor was warm due to the sudden warm weather.

Beautiful room with excellent facilities. The best family room we have stayed in as it had a side room with bunkers attached to the main room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds.
