It is exactly as described and very good. Their photos are accurate. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the £7.50. Photos attached. I had the breakfast every day for 7 days. Thank you Ana! The bus stop is indeed right outside which I used daily to get to Hayes & Harlington station which is on the new Elizabeth Line. You can get the 140, 90 or E6 and I never waited for more than 5 mins. Shower was strong and hot. Room was clean and serviced every day. WiFi is fast (>40Mbs), free, and consistently reliable over 7 days. There is a bar with outside area. That is clear from photos so some noise from that should be expected. The music is not too loud and they were very good about closing down at 11pm. After that there is no noise at all (for example, no aircraft or traffic noise). In any case, I slept fine even with the windows open while the bar was open. My room (109) was closest to the bar area too I think. One night I returned at 2am. The front door was locked so I knocked and was let in within 20 seconds. Exactly as you would hope since it is advertised as 24hr front desk. Thank you Ana! All the staff are very nice and professional.

Honestly - nothing. At the end of the day, I stayed for 7 nights in London at almost peak season (end June) for under £500. Other hotels were more central with higher standards (e.g. air con) but at least 3x the price. I think the negative reviews are from those that haven't traveled much and don't know how to leave a review relative to the price and what their other options were in that city for that month. This hotel has all you really need, and the staff are very nice.

The room was adorable and very clean. I stayed here visiting with my hubby & in-laws for two weeks. The staff Sam 1 and Sam 2 were exceptionally helpful during my stay. The house keeper was a wonderful & a helpful personality. The blonde woman who makes the breakfast, was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was extremely delicious 😋. I really enjoyed it. There was another woman blonde, cooks and works bar in the evening. She was a perfect host as well. They have ICE yall. Also, a restaurant, bar and hookah outside on a gorgeous deck. I don't smoke but it is there. Grocery store Sansbuiry next door. I really, really enjoyed my stay. When I come back to visit,this will be my only choice to stay. Thank you for treating me well. Everything went well in all departments including giving me directions for where to eat also in the morning ordering a taxi for me to go to the airport. I was not expecting a tv in the room that was a nice touch as at the time Wimbledon tennis Championships was on. I left too early to have breakfast. If I need to fly from Heathrow again I will defiantly be back. There is a good possibility of that as most places I visit abroad go from Heathrow airport.

The staff were all very nice & friendly, staff brought what you needed extra toiletries, towels, tea & coffee, food smelled very nice.. although I was unable to eat there due to allergys, the food looked nice and tasty.. good value for money, with a TV & shower in room this made it a comfortable stay, a very nice bar very welcoming & a smoking area with local shops close bye.. will stop there again as much better than other hotels in london with the same star rating.. (we tried a quite a few) local train station is 15 min walk away gives it good access to airport.. with bus stops near the property to..

I booked for a group of 22 people, took up several rooms in the hotel. On arrival it all went smoothly with no issues with rooms. The staff were very helpful. And also the same on our check out, the woman was very patient. She was also very helpful in the early hours of the morning when we returned to the hotel in groups. Across the 7 rooms we had, there were no issues with comfort or cleanliness. For the price we paid I didn’t expect anywhere near the standard we received. Very happy with the stay overall

If I was to be very picky, the pillows wasn’t the most comfortable. And although the shower was hot and had pressure, it was practical as it didn’t attach to the wall in a way I could shower in it.

It is a cheap hotel but it was way better than I expected. Nice service, clean room. Fantastic location walking distance from the tube and restaurants. Sainsbury's next door. Great base for all the London trips on the budget. We will be using it again.

A few things could be renovated in the rooms. More pillows please.

the staff were very helpful and friendly to me..the 2 girls on the front desk are extremely nice and chatty..and Anna in the kitchen. she is so lovely. also the man who is in the kitchen..they were very helpful to me..

a few things i didn't like..the mirror in the shower room. is away to high. im only 5"5 .and i cannot se in the mirror...nothing else..

Staff was very helpful. Room was reasonably equipped with the neccecities. Bed was comfortable to an extent. Overall experience was 𝐆𝖔𝖔𝐝. ★★★★☆

• General cleaniness of the room could be better. • Corridor smells of marujana.

The staff is amazing specially Anna who is always helpful and always making sure you have what you need. Anna does pitty much everything there and stays long hrs to make sure the hotel is in good order.
