The Crown Inn Keynsham

Staff were very warm and welcoming, excellent customer service. Would definitely stay at the Crown Inn if visiting Keynsham in future. The room itself was clean and nicely presented. Although it was a disturbed night's sleep due to the noise of the main road, we were warned by the provision of ear plugs!

Only drawback was lack of sink in the toilet in the corridor, which meant walking back to the room to wash hands, and some problem locking the door after leaving the room that led to it becoming wedged shut. Fortunately, the latter issue was resolved promptly by one of the team and facilities were otherwise to a good standard.

Lovey size room with excellent personal touches of toiletries in the room as well breakfast choices fab fresh fruit as well. Bed was so comfy and fab size. Comfy chairs remote lights

Electric blanket on the bed could have been a bit higher up so you didn't end up sleeping on the little box that's on it or turn it around so that it's at the bottom of the bed. Couldn't have a shower as the doors fitting it seems to be too small for the shower cub as couldn't fit through the gap that's was the only downside.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, roomy en-suite with extras in case you've forgotten anything. The fridge and breakfast in the room (cereal, cereal bar, brioche bun and milk) were a great addition for us as we had to be out early due to work. Large room with small table, sofa and chair so you had lots of areas to put belongings instead of just on the floor. Compared to other accommodation we have stayed in for the same price this was good value for money.

We spent 6 nights at the Crown, coming from Canada to visit family. All of the Staff were extraordinary. The hotel was clean, and tidy at all times. All of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Karl who made us feel extremely welcome and Dave who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The pub was warm, cozy, with a beautiful open fire. Food was great. We will definitely being staying there again. Thanks for everything guys!

The staff were welcoming & helpful. The room, though basic, was clean & had coffee & tea making facilities. Could've done with ordinary coffee, not decaf, & more milk. We had a meal which was prepared fresh & good value for money. We also had a full English breakfast which was extra, but well worth the money. We were able to park our car opposite on the Rugby pitch carpark safely for free. We'd certainly recommend it if you're visiting Bristol or Bath.

Having to share a toilet & shower. My husband found it a bit noisy as our room was on the main road & there was no double glazing. (Old pub so can't be helped).

what i ate I ordered chicken wings. First they were cold, taken out of the fridge and not well heated. Second they were soggy and left a bad taste in my mouth. I brought them to recook them, but I had to throw them away. The last thing a traveler wants is to eat badly and lose money, especially after three years of not having visited England.

A luxurious one person room for a very affordable price, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was full of little luxury touches like a filter coffee machine and a phone charging clock! Loads of free parking, great staff very helpful and friendly and a lovely location. The room and bathroom were clean and well finished, with a lush feel to them both. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location very near to the high street. Generous sized room with a big bed for an excellent price. Staff in the morning were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Would stay here again if in the area.

Pub and reception area were a bit confusing and it took a while to get someone's attention. Sadly there was no food offering and so, when I came back (after finding somehere to eat), I found my toilet was dirty, but it was too late to notify the staff.

Beautiful building. Very large room. Convenient road and rail links to Bristol. Quiet even on the road facing side (thanks to recent refurbishment with secondary glazing.) Easy check in & out

Wifi login relies on a discontinued cloud service so doesn't work on some devices. Mini fridge was a bit noisy. Bar specialises in cider so not one for real ale fans.

Clean and comfortable room with tv plus tea and coffee making facilities. Had to share shower and toilet with one other room but this is a budget room and this is reflected in the excellent low price. The pricier rooms all have en suites but as I was only staying for work the room was perfect for my needs. I will be staying here again in the future when ever I need an over night work stay and would recommend to others.
