The Flying Bull Inn

Staff were brilliant. Great atmosphere. Lovely outside covered garden area. Whole place was really well maintained. Food (evening meals and breakfasts) cooked beautifully with local produce. Rooms were well decorated, with tea, coffee, water, kettle etc Beds were super comfortable. Cleanliness was fantastic. Toiletries provided. Ample parking Lovely village location. Great selection of ales, beer and drinks. Great selection of food. Pet friendly pub and rooms. Fantastic facilities. Beautiful buildings and so well decorated. Delightful!

If there was something we weren't entirely comfortable about, it was the price of the food on the restaurant menu. We thought that this could have been slightly cheaper compared to other pubs/restaurants close by, but saying that the quality of the food was fantastic.

When we arrived we had a main meal very good value for money The bed was the most comfortable at this place and breakfast was good the place is the best round the area we chose this due to the best reviews and a good place in west Sussex to explore from had great days out all round the area

Good location.. direct access to room any time of the day.. free parking at the front.. very quiet place despite pub next door.. overall pleasant experience..

Carpets very stained.. not very pleasant if you like bare feet.. in bathroom/wetroom broken shower with only working drench and missing hand set which is nightmare for ladies.. was good for one night but unfortunately won't take a chance again..

The rooms were well equipped, really comfortable and clean!! The price was fantastic as we visited on Easter Sunday as we had a wedding. Breakfast was included with this price and was a full cooked breakfast not just a continental spread. The staff were really helpful, professional and responsive!! Brilliant stay.

The only thing I can say would be a little more soundproofing but nowhere near noisy enough to couldn't sleep.

Warm welcome on arrival. Breakfast was very fulfilling & plentiful. Sonia who served us was friendly and couldn't do enough for us. As was the staff in the evening, all polite, curtious and friendly. The evening meals were delicious & definitely worth the wait of being cooked fresh. Our room was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay at the Flying Bull again. Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasurable.

Our stay was over too soon.

The bed was really comfy, and Breakfast was very tasty. The evening meal was also good, and plentiful. The Staff were helpful and attentive. Vicky stands out for a mention, she was amusing ! A useful one night stay.

The shower was adequate, but a little shabby ,around the base.

The place is located in a pretty and quiet area. Cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Our dog was also comfortable there.

We had a disabled-friendly shower in our room, which is good, but it didn’t have anything to prevent water from getting out of the shower area, so the whole bathroom floor would get quite dirty after use

We came for a family funeral in the village so the location couldnt have been better. Room was clean, warm, convenient, with tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and even biscuits. Evening meal was excellent and tasty and well priced. Puddings looked excellent but didnt have one as Im diabetic... Good breakfast too. Landlady very friendly, lots of fun and good banter - made to feel welcome and will certainly come again.

Nothing really - Oh the glass shelf over the handbasin was a bit loose and the shower gel bottle slid slowly off into the sink. Well that just ruined my whole visit !.....

The location was excellent for my purposes and the road although busy during the day, quietened down at night. I called in to collect my keys and freshen up after a long drive on top of my day at work, I took a bath in the spotless bathroom and as I needed to work until 04:00 came in quietly so as not to disturb others.

Nothing really worth mention.

A nice, comfortable and clean room in 'Cornwall', providing welcome facilities, such as a TV in the room and tea and coffee, and bottles of water. A nice shower as well. Thank you.

In sub zero temperatures outside last night, the room was a little bit chilly, even with the radiator on. Although I didn't stay in the room very long, until I got under the covers of the warm bed.
