Very attractive purpose-built dog-friendly accommodation associated with a lovely country pub with excellent Thai restaurant. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented white decor, comfortable bed, endless hot water and pod coffee machine. Handy dog walks and easy access to the A272. Beautiful hanging baskets which were watered daily.

Nothing. A cooked breakfast would have been nice instead of the hamper but that was adequate and the fridge for fresh milk, water, yogurt, cold meats and juice was a nice touch.

The rooms were great, well equipped, and extremely comfortable . Great hamper basket with our continental breakfast, Free 4 x pressecco, great touch. The Thia restaurant within the pub was absolutely superb, brilliant food, and service, even the chef came out to speak with us

The price seemed quite high. However, I think it is fairly competitive for the region. The premier lnn was £184, not a million miles away. Taxi 's are an issue, and £25 for 4 miles to the wedding venue Southdown Manor, wad a bit steep.

The Tai food in the Hamilton Arms was exquist. Beautifully prepared and presented. If only there was pub or restraunt in the Thanet selling food of such incredable quality The pub had a frienly atmosphere and was dog friendly, so very civilised venue.

The road system was a nightmare arround Midhurst, with the town center closed and sussex cc had sucessfully shut of most alternative routes to so only single track roads weren avalable. For the travelling to the weding venues, church Donnington and Midhurst recption.

Great location for us as we were meeting friends. The room was clean. It had an exceptional bathroom. Beds were comfy and warm. Like the tea making facilities but this could have included instant coffee sachets as wasn’t keen on coffee machine. We had a meal in restaurant which was lovely.

Some of the furnishings were basic for the price of the room ie sofa, cupboards(only 4 hangers),with no doors. The dressing table and chairs were very basic too. Not too keen on hamper/ continental breakfast but having said that it was sufficiently stocked with good ingredients. Lock on door was tricky and needs replacing.

Lovely place looks all new , spotlessly clean and tidy, very tasteful done inside, on arrival it was a little difficult to find someone to collect the key but hosts are very welcoming and helpful, inside its immaculate and all new, lovely big space with everything you need tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, and your breakfast in a hamper basket which was lovely enjoyable and enough for breakfast , bed was really comfortable, bathroom was lovely with a nice big walk in shower, little lounge area with tv which was nice, the restaurant was wonderful with delicious food good service and friendly staff, would recommend and stay again

The view is the only down side , you look out onto a car park and the back of the restaurant

Nice spacious suite with modern facilities. We loved the shower and the added extra of the hamper. Nice quiet area and we had a comfortable nights sleep having been at Southdowns Manor for a wedding. When we requested to check in early due to the wedding, staff were quick and helpful in their responses via email.

I’m not sure if in our tiredness we missed a blind, but the curtains were quite see through and offered little privacy.

This was our favourite stay on our road trip around the South. We were going to Goodwood Festival of Speed and this location was ideal. The room was absolutely spotless, the bed enormous and the shower very powerful. We had a breakfast picnic hamper each morning, normally a disappointing option but definitely not in this case! The variety of items supplied for breakfast was extremely generous and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also ate at the on-site Thai restaurant both nights and it was the icing on the cake, brilliant!

Absolutely nothing.

The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The fridge was a good bonus. The continental breakfast was enough for two but the meat choice was too spicy for me. It was nice to have it in our room at a lazy pace. Having Iping Common nearby was one of the reasons we chose it and it didn't disappoint.

I know it was a Thai restaurant but I was hoping there was an English option among the fare, as a lot of non English food establishment do, alas not. As we had been on the road all day, looking for somewhere else to travel to, to eat, was not appealing, snacks for dinner. Maybe they could supply a list of local takeaways who deliver.

Beautifully clean, great to park directly outside particularly when you have a dog with you, good layout and the food in the pub attached was delicious

Bit too warm, could have benefited with a/c especially with a large dog in the room. Front door was a bit troublesome if you closed it without locking as couldn't get back in and I know the person next door had the same issue. Bed was too firm/hard for us

Set behind a lovely friendly clean pub (far enough a way from any potential disturbance). The hosts are Asian and run a Thai restaurant within the pub. The food was delicious and very good value. The room (a ground floor studio apartment) was exceptionally clean, spacious and well-equipped (inc. fridge). A generous continental breakfast was provided in the room for us to take at our leisure the next morning.

Could have done with a little more fresh milk in the 'breakfast pack' - not really enough for tea, coffee and cereals. Front door lock was very difficult to get the hang of,
