Cheval Harrington Court at South Kensington

You will feel at home if you stay here! The location is wonderful, only a few steps from the South Kensington tube station. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Balcony was an outstanding bonus! Small kitchenette was stocked with coffee, tea, and cookies (and cream in the fridge!). So comfortable!

A few small things -- the bathroom was very nice, but the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate. Definitely needs a light over the mirror. Also, more towel hooks would be good. There were 3 of us and there was only one towel hook and the robes were hung there by housekeeping. I moved the robes, but we still could have used another hook or two.

Often pictures and reviews fall short of actual personal experience. Our experience is an exception. We had high expectations and all our expectations were exceeded. Friendly knowledgeable staff, quiet, comfortable, interior court yard studio apparent 3D, well appointed, superb room service, much appreciated efficient air conditioning during the hot weather. The location is superb for sights and restaurants and ease of access to Victoria station and trains to Gatwick airport. Although only stayed for 3 days, it would be a perfect flat for an extended working business trip. Many thanks to the nice, friendly staff that made the trip most pleasurable

The location was great - 2 minutes from the South Kensington underground (District Line). Lots of restaurants, cafés and design shops around. Conran Shop and Harrods are only a few minutes walking away. Surrounded by musea. I popped in every day at the Victoria & Albert museum (5 minutes walking). The members of the staff - reception and housekeeping - are just super! There is always someone friendly at reception. The apartment is tastefully furnished, modern and comfortable, and well equipped. Every appliance you will need is provided, even a Nespresso coffee machine and ample coffee pods. The bed is comfortable, the linen crisp and of excellent quality. We had a little balcony looking out on Harrington street - perfect! Very clean, very safe.

The shower is a bit small, though it is not a 'problem'. The bathroom itself is spacious. It is a little noisy on the street side, but then, London is a lively city and to be expected. You get used to it after one night. The sound of the underground rumbling adds charm to the stay.

it had all the basic amenities and made it pleasant not having to rush out to get the basics on arrival

the check in was delayed even though I let lugguage at front desk at 1pm. when we arrived at 2.45pm, we were told room was still being cleaned. surely the cleaners shld ensure room is ready 1/2 - 1hr ahead of time. Getting keys to room 15min earlier doesn’t seem unreasonable.

the apartment was great. The location is excellent. The apartment was clean, kitchen is well equipped. The apartment also have washing machine and dishwasher. Each day we have fresh still and sparkling water. The staff was helpful as well. I would definitely come back.

The staff were very polite, and the room was well serviced and very clean with. a nice balcony. I enjoyed the little kitchenette and all the complimentary items they had. The bed was also very comfortable. Accessing the property is also safe.

The location is not the greatest. I took a single room so considering the size and space, it could have been cheaper.

That weird looking security camera (facial recognition?) near the elevator. Feels like an intrusion of privacy don’t think it’s necessary.

The location is very nice located next to restaurants and shops and is very near public transit. The apartment was perfect for our family, with a kitchen and the ability to do laundry before moving on to our next stop.

Room and facilities were comfortable, large enough for a family, clean, well equipped - with all the necessary including dishwasher tablets, milk and water. All Staff was adorable and very helpful for everything, a special thank to Raymond who arranged a quiet and great room for us. The kind of service you would expect but which is rare and which make you want to come back and share address with closest. Location was perfect.

Only the couch bed was a bit uncomfortable
