Location excellent for knights bridge and Chelsea very upmarket part of the city great shops if your indulging in some designer wear hotel was good room was excellent very spacious and lovely decor the staff in the reception were very courteous and helpful

The hotel lighting was very low which made everything appear dark at all times really warm in certain parts too the most disappointing part was breakfast when we arrived no one greeted us to take us to a table we sat down for 10 minutes until I had to attract someone's attention for the menu we ordered juice cereals and fruit followed by poached egg and scrambled egg and a pancake to end with after 15 minutes everything came all at once which we found weird as no space on table and surely common sense to have cereals and fruit first and then the warm dish the staff at breakfast weren't really jovial they seemed under pressure for the amount of people they were looking after we ordered extra tea but it never turned up

The hotel is very clean and modern. The deco is beautiful.

Paid for the room on booking.com and when we checked in at the hotel the staff member made us pay again even though we had provided proof of payment. He said the payment wasn’t reflecting on their side but he had not checked the booking.com portal which was not our problem. We had to pay over a thousand pounds for one night and said he would refund it back once the payment reflected. My issue was what if I didn’t have the money to pay again as I had already paid on booking.com. I honestly didn’t appreciate this, the money was later refunded the next day but it caused me some inconveniences that I had not anticipated.

Such a great location and a stunning hotel with quirky decorated rooms. Loved the personal touches, like handwritten welcome note, turndown service folded some of our clothes, put slippers out ready for us. Heated floor in the bathroom and bathrobes were a nice addition too!

There was very little not to like in all honesty, the food was exquisite, everywhere really clean and staff were really helpful and friendly, with the exception of one waitress at breakfast. I felt considering the standards set by the hotel, she was not forthcoming with things. Had to ask for all the continental options (we had the full English but other than tea coffee she didn't ask if we wanted any juice, yogurt, pastries etc...) So felt a buffet style would be better received as seemed to be the same case with the table next to us and when we asked her for things, she really seemed put out and took some time for it to be served (not the hot breakfast which was cooked very fast and absolutely delicious!).

The room was superb and accommodated 3 adults with room to spare. The location is great - just a short stroll to Harrods. The breakfast food was superb.

There were a few little things which disappointed us, but they didn't spoil our overall enjoyment. One evening, we arrived back at the hotel quite late and as the bar closed at 11pm, we asked for a couple of slices of lemon so that we could make a hot water & lemon drink in our room. The barman said he would bring it up to the room and he never came. Another issue was that even though there were 3 adults in our room, the housekeeping people only left us 2 towels and every day we had to ask for another one. Not major problems, but for the price we paid, we expected slightly better attention to detail. Having said that, we appreciate that the hotel was probably understaffed due to COVID.

The decor of the hotel is very elegant. We were made to feel welcome on arrival. The rooms are a good size with very roomy, comfortable beds. Our room was facing the garden and was very quiet. The underfloor heating was nice in the bathroom. I liked the fact there was a large bottle of complimentary water and more bottles given in the evening turndown service. A cake was delivered to my room as we were celebrating my birthday. This was a nice personal touch. Quality ingredients had been used in the breakfast, it was delicious and we didn't feel rushed.

The wardrobes weren't full length. I had a long dress and coat. You couldn't close the door. The toiletries looked in keeping with the bathroom but were difficult to open. Maybe time for a new shower head? Ours sprayed every which way but straight down! Breakfast wasn't properly explained, so the full english came first and then we ordered from the continental menu. There was also a service charge on the Breakfast.

very nice small hotel in a quiet Chelsea street. The staff are very good. Plenty of bottled water is supplied in the room which is vital when you return from a busy day/evening, simple but important.

Very nice room, but a few logistical issues….. No Mirror available by a plug to dry and style hair, which is a fundamental requirement. Although a good GHD hairdryer was supplied, but I’m not sure where they think you can use it? Also we had to pick up the coffee machine and move it to the ledge in front of a very large lamp to plug it in? if you don’t have room for a coffee machine just supply Taylor’s coffee bags, as they are just as good.

Hotel was in a great location with helpful and friendly staff. Comfy room and good amenities.

Dog friendly rooms but you can’t have your dog anywhere else in the hotel (you can only walk through the main entrance to your room, not even sit in the lobby or bar). I understand they don’t want dogs in restaurants, but not allowing dogs in a bar/lobby means you have to go elsewhere for a drink and meant we went elsewhere for breakfast too (so the hotel loses out too).

All the little touches! From arriving to leaving this hotel they think of all the little things! Attention to detail is second to non!

It would be nice if there was an outdoor area but recognise this is probably out of the hotels remit......this certainly would not stop me re-booking again!

Location was great and the hotel was lovely. The staff was also very attentive and pleasant.

My room was so small that I had only enough room to open my suitcase across the foot of the bed and the wall the wall. The universal outlet was on the other side of the bed, so in order to get to the other side of the bed I had to climb across the bed.
